It works, plain and simple.
it works to reduce and eliminate pain, plain and simple. the format is so well thought out, introducing new information and exercises in an intentional way, I was able to advance at my pace. I sometimes took days to absorb and learn the way I should feel doing the movement and taking it into my daily life. I would stress to any new client, replay the daily lessons, they are just minutes long so it isn’t exhaustingly repetitive but I had several “a ha “ moments during the replay. Example, the 10% rule is really powerful. The volume of information can be overwhelming, take your time, get your ego out of it for those of us who are impatient or competitive, and soak in the confidence that you’ll build, that you can get your life back.
