Bilal Ahmed did a good job
Bilal Ahmed (the CSR that helped me) did a great job helping me resolve an issue another CSR created by not informing me of how the data works. Also the situation I am in created an extra issue because I could not scan the QR code for the Esim. We got through it no problem. I'm back to darkstar while I wait for my other device to be repaired. The only thing I can say that needs to be resolved is Bilal doesn't quite understand how exclamation points work. So when he said "give me a minute!" a couple of times with an exclamation point at the end I don't think he realized that in America that's rude. If it was a period on the end it would just bea casual statement of give me a minute. ! Means normally rushed and angry. Flustered and indicating that I'm being impatient. So if you read this sir, that's the only bad thing I could say. I only mention it because I'm sure someone else along the line will make a big deal out of it. Other than that you are awesome. Keep up the good work. You saved me immeasurable issues while waiting for my phone to be repaired.
