Monis Hamza helped me for more than an hour we went through all the resets of settings, reboots, as a result, the Internet appeared on my phone. I am very happy because I did not have to buy a new phone, he did it remotely and had great patience and helped me in every step of the settings. I am very grateful to him! 5stars!
I had trouble with my network connection. The whole process of fixing the issue was amazing, and Sarhan did such an amazing job at helping the process be as easy as possible. These services make the whole US Mobile Brand worth it. Having a good carrier and a great team being able to help you makes this network e 10/10.

I wanted to love this company but the customer service is just not there. They set me up to port 2 numbers in after the 1st and they did it too early. I ended up being charged full price instead of the promotion. I tried calling in but it was a 25+ min wait, so I used the chat. After an hour of back and forth there was noting they would do to help fix the issue. Moving back to ATT. I will gladly pay double for good customer service. I am much too busy to deal with nonsense.
Both Mehreen Aslam and Anas were super professional and helpful and thorough in the support they provided me, to the point of not giving up for over an hour, and even calling me back in the event of disconnection, until all of my issues were resolved. On top of that, they were also very polite and very easy to speak with. They're both very good at their jobs, so they most definitely deserve 5 star reviews each!
