Bukhari the Brilliant
I had a sudden issue where my mobile data was not working, and it kept saying "No internet" ("You may be out of data from Dark Star") in the notification. Bukhari from US Mobile team helped me try a lot of different things to get the internet back on over more than an hour. What seemed to do that trick for me in the end appears to be updating the APN settings and removing then reinserting the SIM card. Bukhari guided me through every step of the way until we were successful with unwavering patience and optimism. I appreciate them very much!
