The customer service agent Aqif Saeed was incredibly helpful. They provided quick answers and my problem was solved. I’m beyond happy with US Mobile. Cheapest phone service I’ve ever had and it’s the most reliable. I never worry about dropping service anymore and I’m provided with more than enough data each month. Plus knowing I can switch to a different carrier (I use their Dark Star or AT&T network currently) provides me with a peace of mind if I decide to go that route. It’s the best decision I’ve made for cell phone service.
