I was having trouble activating the cellular on my Apple watch. I used chat and was connected to Hamza Nasir. We were on chat for over an hour but we finally were rewarded with SUCCESS!! He tried everything, so he suggested that we start from scratch with a new companion plan (no charge of course). I was so happy because we kept running into a wall that we finally broke through. THANK YOU SO MUCH Hamza!! You were a delight to work with!!

Wow, the customer service is exceptional! Had questions about switching, and she answered every single one. So friendly!

The price is great, but not a reliable network at all I use samsung phones. 1st tried warp network Issue- I had to type in all the access point names anytime phone reset very time consuming. 2nd tried dark star network Issue- Data keep stop working. Had to reset phone everytime I wanted to go on internet. 3rd tried light speed network Issue- people with apple phones would not receive texts from me. I would receive texts from them. People thought I ghosted them "cost me a lot" I spent countless hours with tech support before I finally bailed out.

My customer service rep Yusra Luqman was extremely helpful and friendly! She completely solved my problem and it felt good to talk to a nice person. A++. (Customer service interaction was by me on behalf of my wife.)

Muhammad just helped and I had the best and faster experience I could have! Overall US mobile is a good phone liner, I have never had any issues that I couldn’t solve through it.

Sana Mansoor handled my account setup with a level of care and precision that’s genuinely rare. From porting multiple lines to uncovering and applying the best promos, she turned what’s usually a frustrating process into something surprisingly smooth. Her calm, patient approach, no rush, no canned responses, just clear, thoughtful guidance, really stood out. I initially signed up for the 30-day trial just to test the waters, but within 2 days, I was convinced enough to switch to the annual plan. The network performance has been solid and 24/7 support team is great. Honestly, my only regret is not finding them sooner. I have spent years overpaying elsewhere for half the service.

Haseeb Malik was very helpful in helping me with a deal that I was having trouble getting on my end. He was very polite, patient, responsive and stayed on the line with me till everything was sorted even though it took an hour + and that was with issues on my end. Would hope to get another agent like Haseeb again.

Had difficulties switching network within US Mobile and activating my watch. Customer support (Abdul Rehman) is really good and solved all of my issues. Really like the company so far.

Rumaisa was so knowledgeable, patient, polite and enjoyable to work with through my various issues. She was professional, but very sweet at the same time...and patiently walked me through what I needed to do, and, efficiently did what she could do to help me get my account to where it needed to be. Can't praise her enough...she was great and put up with my confusion.
