Thank you Abdullah Abid for making me a US Mobile fan because they have people like you helping us. I have spent sooooo many hours with other phone service providers in the past few weeks that it was an amazing experience to find someone who was dedicated to problem solving on my behalf to help me get the kind of phone service that best fit my needs and my budget. US Mobile is awesome for having people like Abdullah Abid on their team.
I was a loyal T-Mobile customer for many years, but even with the senior discount I was unhappy with their rates, so I switched to US Mobile and I'm so glad I did! I'm paying 2/3rds what I was paying T-Mobile with 2 lines, but I also added multi-network on my primary, which means I can switch to another network if I need to. And their customer service is outstanding! I had many questions and a couple of issues to resolve, and I got help immediately and resolutions that I was happy with. :)

Every time I reach out via chat, my questions and concerns and needs are always fully attended to. Sarhan helped me today to swap my current phone number into my new phone using ESIM technology which was absolutely the easiest transfer I've ever experienced. Sarhan was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, as is every other representative I've worked with in the past. Can't beat this customer service!
Every single time I've reached out to US Mobile support with a question they have gone above and beyond to help and make sure I'm satisfied. And today was no exception. Muntaha Siddiqui stayed on a chat with me for quite awhile while answering questions about switching plans. Muntaha answered every question, and gave me guidance on how best to proceed to save me money on a billing cycle. Friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I so appreciate this company and their employees.

They offer promos however they seem to miss the mark in paying those promos out. 1st $50 promo for staying with them for 6 months was issued and then converted to Expired before being able to be used. The second card for the second line never got paid. Put in a support call but no update from the company. International sim does not work. I have gone international 2 times with this carrier with two phones but very poor signal and not working even when there is a signal. Better to buy a sim in the country based on the carrier that is available and save your money by having a plan with USMOBILE that is supposed to provide it. Cant recommended this company sorry.
had an issue with wifi calling not working. was 8 in line for phone so i tried chat, which i generally despise. their chat gives you a few prompts but also, unlike most every chat, actually gave me an option to click "connect me with an agent" we spent less than 5 minutes and he fixed the issue. that's what great service looks like to me.

I wanted to change my plan and while the US Mobile app and website allow you to do so, it would only go into effect at the end of the billing cycle. I used the chat function and Waleed Asghar was most helpful. He provided quick and relevant support. He even was able to save me a few dollars.
