This is the best customer support team on earth
This company has the absolute fastest easiest customer support on the planet. If I was doing a critical space walk while orbiting a distant planet outside our solar system with limited oxygen, I would likely feel comfortable having US Mobile's support team members guiding me through my objective. Even if I didn't make it back, I would at least know the people on the other end were focused on my success and did everything possible to facilitate the completion of the task. When you say "US Mobile.. we have a problem" they say "No we don't". This company continuously adds features and expands capabilities. The quality delivered is a shocking contrast to the legacy gate keeper service providers. I'll literally never have to go to a mobile device store front again. Order a phone, install the US Mobile app, set up the account and you have instant and permanent highly intelligent customer service that responds usually in seconds. Thanks Muhammad Zeeshan.
