I would like to give thanks to customer service agent Ubaidullah. I ran into a particular complex issue (teleporting and activating international roaming outside of the US), resulting from my own silly choices and special circumstances, and Ubaidullah was able to help me navigate through all the roadblocks. They were incredibly patient and helpful, and I continue to be proud of being a US Mobile customer.

The customer support was great! Muhammad Farooq was very competent and helpful. He helped me transfer our numbers to US Mobile and it went extremely smooth.

I wanted to thank you in particular Ahmed Dar! Different human Rep's had been working on the issues on my phones for hours! Ahmed finally took over. First, he told me he took over! It's already late evening. He kept comforting me by thanking me for my patience while I was trying to explain and telling him what was happening. This was important to a customer who had been spending hours, chatting online and waiting to get problem solved! Obviously Ahmed understood that and showed concern and at the same time working on the issues. Ahmed kept attending and telling me what he/she's doing at their end without idling time, nor leaving me "alone" cause I was tired already! Ahmed's diligently working without seizing and keeping me posted and finally resolved the issues! Can you imagine how grateful I was? Ahmed Dar did an excellent job!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD COMPANY, i am just a month with us mobile, and after the second payment went thru they locked my account for no good reason without any prior notification, while we are going thru a medical emergency and need to be in contact with the medical team, and when i contact them they say to email and wait hours for a response.... CRAZY CRAZY

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Waleed Asghar was absolutely fantastic! I was traveling abroad and having trouble getting my hotspot to work with my US Mobile plan. Waleed jumped in right away, explained everything clearly, and guided me step-by-step on how to switch networks manually. Thanks to his help, I was able to connect to a better carrier and get my hotspot working perfectly. He was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole interaction. Support like this is rare, Waleed truly went above and beyond. Really grateful for his help today!

Mehreen Aslam was a great help he was fast and knew exactly what I needed and got it done the customer service is #1 the only complaint is you can choose between 3 networks in the app it has has option to choose which one you want to use but it never works always have to contact customer support but they are normally fast

omg was getting so fustrated trying to set up the standalone and here came Syeda with the great help today made it an ease
