I have always had great customer service with US Mobile...I almost always use the chat customer service and they have always helped quickly. Today, I chatted with Bukhari who very easily took care of my issue. I will stay with US Mobile for as long as they continue their great service and prices.
So first of all they are Truly Unlimited.Second they are cheap half the price of my terrible Boost Mobile Service. Third better reception. Fourth their Customer service is Amazing, helpful, understandable, answer quickly, knowledgeable. I'm over 200gb and 30 gbs in hotspot and haven't slowed at all. I've never written a review before except a few terrible ones but I had to take the time out of my day to day Bravo US Mobile you have a customer for life.
Wow, I probably got the best tech support I could ask for. In the better part of the last hour, Syed Khizer helped me with several issues. i myself is a tech person very familiar with activation, provisioning and I thought the tech i was talking to was on point and knowledgeable.
Abdul Rehman really helped me a lot with transferring my number and network to a plan to new plan I purchased and gave me a refund immediately for the cancellation of my previous plan I bought but didn’t work out, because I bought it incorrectly. Again much thanks! Was with me every step of the way.

Faiqa is absolutely a tremendous asset to US Mobile. She worked with me for nearly an hour answering every question I asked, on many different topics, helped me know what to do to still be able to use the promo code even though I’m on the free trial I started last night June 18th(just have to order regular monthly service before June 30th) and gave me a reference code to contact and give to someone if when I start my regular service the discount doesn’t get automatically applied. She also helped me switch from Warp to Dark Star, and since I was confused on how to do it my self, she took care of it for me and made sure that everything was working correctly before the end of our conversation. I give Faiqa a 10 out of 10 for great customer service, in that she went above and beyond expectations in helping me, so much better than my old AT&T mobile service customer service. Also so far I am very happy with US Mobile phone service and definitely happy with the customer service. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about US Mobile. Thank you Faiqa and thank you US Mobile for caring about your customers, it means a lot!!!
While it took a while to get my problem solved, Abdul Rehman made things super easy to understand and follow. They were very polite, helpful, and understanding with my issues. Very highly recommended and glad to have them assisting me.

Easy and quick to switch from another carrier. Only problem was when doing the conversion it said i could use my cell phone to do it but then i also could proceed to do it via the page I was on do I did. My convert got delayed over an hour because I didn't do the eSIM which was in an email they never told me about. I got in a chat that resolved the problem quickly. THey also didn't remind me that I have to set up my VM again. All minor but they should have this going much more smoothly by now. Dishia Ijaz on chat was excellent!
Dishia Ijaz helped us activate the line we usually put on snooze when we are not in the country. In April we had trouble activating the line due to various complications. Dishia Ijaz solved the problem in a very short period time! Miracle worker! Thank you!

I received fast and understanding customer service both times I had issues with billing. My most recent interaction with the service rep (Bukhari), they fixed a broken esim and refunded an unused plan right away. I would definitely recommend US Mobile for their customer experience, which certainly wouldn't be the case for my previous provider Verizon.
My Starter Plan was coming to an end, and there was a promotion to the Premier plan that I added. Unfortunately, the Premier plan did not activate as intended, and I was kept on the Starter plan. I contacted customer service and was helped by Yusra Luqman, who was insightful and held my hand along the way. Long story short, she was able to refund whatever wasn't used, keep the promotion code that I used for the Premier plan, and make the switch. Thank you Yusra!
I was on a vacation overseas with my family and had purchased the roaming plan for Europe via Darkstar. My phone is an android phone and was not receiving data service like my wife and son who own iPhones. My US Mobile assistant named “Maryum A.” very helpful and guided me to the exact solution at correcting this problem. Apparently, android phones more often than not must have their APN settings reset manually when using a roaming plan whereas iPhones can do this automatically. One more reason for me to switch to an iPhone. The representative was very helpful and slowly guided me through the reset process. I highly recommend her as a representative and potential leader! Better service than the big companies at much lower costs. I have been with U.S. mobile for a long time, and when I switched to their upgraded service, my phone wouldnt connect to data, Contacted support and within 30 minutes of chatting, Hamza Murad, was able to mend my issue. I didnt have to wait, didnt have to go to a store, just tell them the issue and it was resolved. U.S. Mobile is a solid deal for people who use a lot of Data with no wifi at work, yet I am paying $50 less per month,
I recently encountered an issue during the port-in process where I accidentally entered the wrong phone number. After several attempts with different representatives, Muhammad Bilal stepped in and resolved the situation swiftly. Muhammad's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. He took the time to thoroughly understand the problem and corrected the error efficiently.
Had trouble setting up the data network but customer service spent over an hour helping me until it got fixed. May be a few hiccups at the beginning but they'll get it fixed and the low price is worth it!
