Cellular service was great...
Cellular service was great.. customer service? My account got deactivated and apparently cannot continue service. Why? I have no idea. When first time signing up, I've had issues with connecting my app and my email/phone number. There was a mistake putting in my information, and it took hours for this to be fixed. And now, this might be the 3rd time my service got cut off and when logging in, my account was locked because signing in never worked even though my information was saved. Prior to the other cellular service, they just activated it without any rationale. I thought this was just a mistake on their end. Why is it that the communication to the app is very faulty. Not only that, but I am unaware of why my account cannot continue because of something I have not done or have been aware of, because of the interaction and communication with the staff. I am not aware of any abuse of the system, and was not warned about any action I was doing, no communication on why there might be a problem, but just a lock in my account and cut of service.. The answer for this to be resolved? "Please review terms and condition we cannot continue service for your account." Emailed again why this happened? ... no response. Maybe highlight the issue in terms and conditions of what happened. Or inform your customers what problem you're seeing, how do we know if it was a technical issue with the staff, or really my own doing? In any case how do you guys resolve an issue to people that truly have not gone against your terms and conditions but still restrict services without evidence or proof that the consumer was in the wrong. ***Update*** After some time explaining my situation and concern, the staff was able to work around it and help me get my account back. Really appreciate the feedback in getting my service back even though I was without it for one whole day. I do enjoy the multiple options of cellular service from this company, so I choose to stay.
