Yusra Luqman provided awesome customer service during sign up and the porting process. I also mistakenly forgot to add a PROMO code, which would have saved me an additional $42, which Yusra immediately refunded for me. Yusra was not only friendly but also had a good sense of humor (which is an added bonus). Definitely expecting good things from US Mobile. Incidentally, I made the switch after seeing that Consumer Reports had them rated #1 and doing quite a bit of research.
I find it strange that US Mobile has great reviews! They wasted my time and money. I had problems trying to move landline and phone number from Xfinity to US mobile. Tried the online chat and never could get it across to the person on the chat form that I needed more than a basic reply, nothing was happening on US Mobile's end. Called and waited 30 minutes before getting someone live to talk with. I feel that person pretended they had found and fixed the problem even though I told them twice that I was logged in and looking at my account and nothing had changed. I was told it all was fine on their screen view of my account. Now five days latter my phone is still on Xfinity and nothing has changed except I was charged a month for phone service I never recieved. The final blow is trying to turn off auto pay and delete my credit card from US Mobile, if its possible I could not find a way. I will contact Visa if US Mobile tries to charge a second month and report it as fraud.
Muhammad really helped me today. It was a few difficult requests but he was attentive and helped me throughout the conversation.
Had an issue with my phone # getting stuck while porting to a new eSIM. Spoke to a few people over the course of a few days. The last person I spoke to was Laraib Imam who really took ownership of my issue and made sure that it got resolved. Laraib checked in with me every few minutes, didn't transfer me, was super nice, very efficient, and got my issue resolved when no one else seemed to be able to. I was really worried about losing my number and Laraib addressed my worries and reassured me that everything would work out. I can't say enough great things! THANK YOU!
There was one customer assistance person, and i have to name him Mr. M. Jamil, who made a seemingly impossible problem fixable by thinking outside the box. And I wasn't as polite or patient as I usually am, which did not phase him. Many thanks to whoever hired him - investing in customer service is why this company seems on the ball.
Ahzam Khan provided the best service! Both US Mobile and their support are 5 stars. Transferring from Apple to Pixel phone and watch in companion mode was a breeze. I'm glad I made the switch from the big carriers to the best carrier, US Mobile. Best rates, best service, best experience.
Ok so I had the HARDEST time getting my watches connected and was told conflicting information by the CS people. Two stars are knocked off for the difficulty in getting connected (literally spent hours on two watches) and in CS giving different info. The only two reasons I stayed with it were 1) the cost savings- I was determined and 2) Rahul Kumar. He was FINALLY someone competent and patient enough to tell me the “right” steps. He stayed with me until all toggles were green and had a great, friendly digital presence. I just may have thrown in the towel and gone elsewhere if not for Rahul!
The experience that I had with US Mobile customer support deserves beyond 5 stars. I was lucky enough to have a representative by the name of Haseeb Malik. He went above and beyond any other rep that I have interacted with on USM. He thought of solutions that no other rep even considered. He showed a dedicated interest in making me a satisfied customer. He clearly understood what my problem was and not only solved it perfectly, but I made a comment in passing regarding support of Galaxy7 watches soon on USM. He was honest and straightforward and offered 2 solutions to my comment about support of Apple Watch and Pixel Watch, but not Galaxy7 watch. Both solutions were never even suggested or even occurred to other reps when I asked the same question. They just said nothing we can do, sorry. But Haseeb though of an excellent way to make the cost of having a Galaxy watch activated on USM comparable to them being Free Add-On that comes with the DarkStar Unlimited Plan. Needless to say, his ideas were outstanding and left me as a very satisfied customer. I believe that if Haseeb Malik has this attitude with all the customers he deals with, that he should be recognized or promoted to train other reps on customer satisfaction and overall interaction with customers. Working in IT, I would hire him in a second as a trainer for our IT support team and I believe the management at US Mobile should consider the same. With sincere gratitude, I leave this most positive review for Haseeb Malik. Well done all around! A+

Bottom Line: Poor service quality, broken promises, and terrible customer support. I maintain two lines with this provider. The first line has zero internet functionality despite a 2GB data plan - only calls and texts work. The second line experiences frequent connectivity issues even on their premium tier. To make it worse, I'm locked into a year-long contract where advertised features don't function. Basic internet access is unreliable, and hotspot performance is worse. Custimer Support: Chat support requires 30+ minutes with no resolution. Their troubleshooting suggestions are less effective than automated systems. Phone support scheduled a callback that never came after I disconnected for requested troubleshooting. Recomendation: Avoid this provider entirely. Pay more for a reliable competitor rather than wasting money on their premium plans. Unlimited data means nothing when service constantly fails.
