Worst airline I’ve ever experienced
Worst airline I’ve ever experienced. All started from the baggage check in on departure from Stansted. I had pre booked seats but due to an apparent frame change we were moved from row 2 to row 26! When I asked why I had been moved almost to the back, no apology was given and that it was not their fault. On boarding the aircraft, it was complete chaos, due to the seating changes which made no sense at all and many passengers were very unhappy. We were then told over the very poor announcement system that we would be delayed and we were sat on the aircraft with poor air conditioning on a very hot day and the aircraft was in a dirty poor state of repair. The safety brief was very poor and I did not even realise it had started due to the intercom and I couldn’t see the attendant. The flight was very uncomfortable as it was hot and the air conditioning was extremely poor. The return flight was just as bad, the baggage check in was very slow and disorderly, and no information was given on what seats you were in or when boarding would begin. We were called to the boarding gate at Antalya were there was not enough seating for all passengers and we were made to wait up until the actual departure time and given no reason for the delay. Boarding the aircraft took a long time and yet again people who had pre booked seats were allocated different ones without any reason given. On this occasion I got the seats I had reserved. Safely brief again was very poor and almost inaudible. Took nearly 30 mins before the baggage started to appear on the conveyor belt. I have booked the same destination for next year, but am travelling further to an airport to avoid this airline.
