Not as bad as I've been reading
They did exactly what you would expect Check in from UK was smooth and slick (apart from a rude lady running around). Flight was clean and left on time. At the other end our bags arrived without any damage. The only thing I would say is when the staff are communicating to the cabin, the English part seemed to be rushed through. Would use again.
