Online check in problems, and in Billund the bagage check in for Sunexpress start around hours and min before flighing, so don´t come hours befoe as informed on their website
When doing the online check in I had problems and called customerservice. in the begining she didn´t listen to my problem, but after 5 min. (and a lot of check in attempt) she managed to help me and I got my boarding pass. On the web site it said that we should be in the airport 3 hours before the flight, our waqs at 10:05 and we arrived 7:00) but the baggage carousel didn´t open befor 2 hours and 50 minuts befor the flight, so we had to stay 50 min. before we could check in the bagage and go through secutry, that is waist of our time
