DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE ZERO CASH AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY A LITTLE MORE! Honestly the worst airline ever. They called our name on the intercom despite being at the gate 35 minutes prior to departure. We went to the desk to be spoke to rudely and aggressively by their staff. They then made us wait with no explanation as to why our names were called on the intercom. After the passport element a member of staff refused to let us board the bus without checking weight. 1kg or 5 kg is a fixed fee of £80. My credit card failed to work - they had zero empathy. You either pay or you don't board. I was frantic in the heat, I emptied my bag as best I could and they agreed to let me board. I WILL NEVER USE SUNEXPRESS EVER AGAIN!
