Worst airline experience ever with SunExpress!
I flew with SunExpress on flight SX39C2 from Cologne to Beirut via Antalya on July 14, 2025, and it was a complete disaster. Due to the airline’s negligence, my luggage was left behind in Antalya, and I was without it for three full days.
To make things worse, I had already traveled to another country after arriving in Beirut, which made it extremely difficult to return to the airport to retrieve my bag. I even had to pay for a taxi ride to another country because of the delay. I finally received my luggage on July 17, 2025, after several days of stress, inconvenience, and wasted time.
This situation forced me to spend extra money on clothes, essentials, and unexpected transportation — all because of the airline’s mistake. My vacation was completely ruined. I lost time, peace of mind, and had to deal with emotional and financial pressure.
SunExpress offered no support, no apology, and no compensation. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility is unacceptable.
I know my rights as a passenger, and if this matter is not handled properly, I will escalate it through legal and consumer protection channels. Others deserve to know how carelessly SunExpress treats its customers.
Avoid SunExpress at all costs — unreliable, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible.
