I would give this a 0 if i could. You as a company need to train your staff to be inclusive and emapathise with people who have disabilities. How dare the staff call a child "crazy". Children cry, but staff encouraging verbal abuse towards children from a passenger was the cherry on the cake. The same passengers threatened to hit the said "crazy" child and the cabin crew threaten to remove the parents off the flight. Sunexpress, train and invest in your staff our hire better people. Disgusting overall.
