Online check in process was not working…
Online check in process was not working so contacted sun express over live chat who told me to try different methods of checking in but still would not work. Said they would add airport check in at no cost to our booking. When we got the the check in seat at the airport they were adamant we had to pay even though I showed them screen shots from sun in saying check in would not be charged. I refused to pay and the check in desk had to call somebody. Finally after a long wait they did not charge us. Both inbound and outbound flights were delayed on nearly two hours.
