Bisher eigentlich keine Probleme gehabt. Manchmal verspätung aber das hat jede Airline mal. Verspätungen werden auf dem Flughafen Displays angezeigt. Das Service Personal ist mir gegenüber immer freundlich gewesen ich natürlich auch. Ich finde für den günstigen Preis alles top bin bisher noch nicht abgestürzt, 😃

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely poor service. Check in counter was slow, rude and didn't even acknowledge the growing queues in front of them. The flight was delayed with zero communication to passengers on updates etc. Online stipulated check/ bag drop off available 2 hours before flight. Check in started 30 min before flight departure. Counter attendants chose to play with their phones rather than greet customers and inform the passengers about the delayed flight. Would never recommend this airline to anyone or use their services again.
The app is abysmal, doesn’t work at all. Online isn’t much better. Had to call and reserve my seat to guarantee the family sit together. No email receipt or confirmation. Paying to check in online is scandalous. Service on flight was ridiculous, most items out of stock. Certainly not an airline I will be rushing to use again.
Flight was on time staff were really friendly and helpful. I had the extra legroom seat which was very spacious. Looking forward to my next flight with them when I come back to Turkey.
Absolutely brilliant company, seamless from start to finish. The customer service is fabulous, check in online was easy, the flights were fab. Would 100% use again. Don’t believe all the negative comments .
It has been much easier as in the years before to book extras for the flights. Much appreciated a clear and exact list of all extras which have been booked! Looking forward to fly Sun Express. May it will be possible in future that Sun Express will accept Lufthansa Miles&More?

Less than 1 star. Filthy airplane, terrible customer service, no online check-in functionality, no complimentary inflight snacks, water (3,99 euros 12oz bottle) or anything else - for a 4 hour flight! Lowest brow airline I've ever flown. You guys should be ashamed!
Payed for 2 seats with extra leg space, didn't get it. I heard from friends that they had the same issue. They also didn't get refund the extra they payed. is that a coincidence or ...is it a way to do business.
We paid for priority boarding at the airport when we arrived at Beirut airport, no priority boarding existed. We paid for seat selection, we were assigned other seats. We paid for priority baggage there was no priority. So we paid for all the premium services, we got none.
We had a terrible experience with sun express, we turnip at the resort airport 3 hours before departure, rolled up to the priority desk only to be told that something was wrong? No information nothing just told to wait ‘over there’. Over two hours later and with us scared we was going to miss our flights after getting told that our booking was locked and they were waiting for an email, this was the only interaction I had after asking a few times at the desk and calling the holiday and airline companies personally we finally got our boarding passes and checked on our luggage then we had to race through the airport to get to the gate, to then be seated not in extra legroom seats that we had booked! Useless from start to finish.
I have been trying to book a ticket all day and it was impossible till they raise the price for 50 EUR. Roberry and unfair. Will not recommend to anybody.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the way my elderly and medically vulnerable mother was treated during her recent journey with SunExpress departing from Düsseldorf Germany. As all wheelchair assistance slots were "fully booked" at the time of reservation, we purchased a regular ticket and brought her medically necessary walker (rollator). To our shock, we were informed at the baggage drop-off that she was not allowed to use the walker (rollator) to reach the gate, allegedly due to SunExpress "not being insured in case she falls". Let that sink in: her mobility aid, meant to reduce her fall risk, was denied, while she was forced to walk a long distance unassisted, significantly increasing the danger for her to fall. We told the Supervisor at the baggage drop that we were totally fine that the walker was put in the luggage space as long as my mother was allowed to use it. Worse still was the behavior of the Supervisor at the desk. Upon expressing my disbelief over this unreasonable policy, I was publicly reprimanded and dismissed. The Supervisor declared they would no longer assist me, and called the police, humiliating me and leaving my mother, a cancer patient, extremely stressed, a condition her health cannot tolerate. I addressed an official complaint and received a response from Batukan B, that there is nothing they can do and that we had to book a flight with a wheelchair service. This shows that SunExpresss lacks professionalism and that their Customer Service Leader is not able to guide and educate the SunExpress employees. I will never use SunExpress in future. UPDATE 25 July 2025 After I received a standard email... we value the importance bla bla bla, we regret to inform you that no further action can be taken. I made a new complaint that I do not accept and reopened the case. The 2nd reply: Thank you for your correspondence. We value the importance of your concerns. While we regret to inform you that no further action can be taken, please rest assured that your feedback was forwarded, investigated and thoroughly discussed with relevant departments in all aspects. It is our priority to ensure that your input is reviewed and considered for service improvements. Thank you once again for your understanding and for bringing this matter to our attention. Ich war mit der Pünktlichkeit und dem Flug sehr zufrieden. Leider wurden die Sicherheitshinweise nicht in Deutsch durchgegeben und auch auf den SaftyCards waren die Hinweise nicht auf Deutsch zum nachlesen geschrieben.
Booked a holiday through TUI expecting to fly with TUI This was the was airline I have ever flew with budget airlines is me being complementary I booked with TUI expecting to fly with TUI The in flight service was a shambles no duty free to purchase which is a huge part of our holiday The prices for drinks and food were obscene The safety instructions were delivered to a English speaking flight in Turkish And later on a message over the intercom was delivered and during this the female voice was giggling through our I will be never book a holiday to Turkey again through TUI as they obviously sub contract the flights out to a cheap n cheerful airline DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE
