Turns off in the middle of the game and won’t turn on again, not due to battery issues.
So I’m an American that lives in China and I went through a great deal of money and time in order to buy my Scuf Instinct Xbox controller from overseas. One year later the controller turns off mid-game and won’t turn on even an hour later. Obviously this is not due to bad batteries, as I have exhausted every option to figure this out. I will never buy a Scuf product again as high priced items shouldn’t have simple problems like this. Even (All) my regular Xbox controllers, at a fraction of the price, have had several years of absolutely no issues. Obviously I won’t deal with customer service as I live in China. I just won’t deal with Scuf again. Shop elsewhere. Hey Scuf fix your simple problems. I would be embarrassed if I owned a high end controller company and my product turned off mid-game.
