Broken controller paddle - Easy Replacement!
I had a broken paddle on my controller, reached out to SCUF for guidance and within a few days I had a shipping box and label to send out the broken unit. Within two weeks they sent me a brand new replacement. The entire process went exactly as my SCUF contacts, Sarah and Mazy said it would go and which made me comfortable with the entire process.
