Goods not delivered.

My daughter ordered me a gift for my birthday from QD Stores. She paid for next day delivery in order for it to be delivered in time. On the day after the expected day of delivery, no parcel was delivered she chased it up via email only to be told that it had been delivered. QD stores stated that Royal Mail has delivered the products (5 days later). Further contact was made to request the tracking information and to confirm exactly where the parcel was delivered to, as the goods were not delivered to the address on the stated day. No reply was received to this and subsequent emails requesting information about the delivery. Payment was made by PayPal and the money has been taken for the items. All contact with the company is now ignored. If this matter is not resolved in the next couple of days we will be looking to take this matter further.

This is the first and last time I will…

This is the first and last time I will use these people!! A couple of days after my order I received two identical text messages informing me that my order would be delivered that same day. NOTHING! It is almost impossible to find a telephone contact number for what they call Customer Services so I emailed to ask for an update and tracking number for Yodel. I got a vague update but no tracking number. Since then I have been away from home and have now asked four times for a tracking number in order to contact Yodel to arrange for delivery instructions in my absence. Clearly, I have now become a nuisance to them and they are not responding at all to any of my emails. I have no idea where my order is and I wish now I had never gone near this Company. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. Every single one of the products I ordered was damaged or defective. I was offered a refund for postage by one person and then told over email that they couldn't do that. Just a mess of a company, with poor quality products - don't waste your time or your money.

1 small sliver of advice........ DON'T DO IT

UPDATE>>>> below is my original post and underneath the end result..... poor would be an understatement, ordered, delivery confirmed within 3 days.... confirmed the actual date for delivery, nothing turned up and the following phone calls (that needed headoffice confirmation) within 72 hours, yes thats right within 3 days didnt happen either.... STILL WAITING 15 days and counting.... who takes 3 days to confirm why or where the goods are, how can they still be in business..... UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE well after a further ping pong around where my goods were, they blamed the courier service again.... apparently 2 pallets was difficult to deliver????? i then complained to pay pal, who raised a complaint, guess what, within seconds i had an e mail confirming they had cancelled my order.... Brilliant customer service if you do anything , save yourself weeks if not months of misery,don't buy from this bunch find someone else. in summary, as a managing director, if i found out we were viewed in this way, or if i were told we were viewed in this way i would do something about it....... MD, if you want some feedback please call me , write or e mail.... i will get back to you, well not straight away and not with the answers you want and mmmm.... there were leaves on the track so it might delay my letter,you get my drift. signing off for now Karl

Can’t honour orders refuse delivery refund

I paid for next day delivery received it 2 days later which would of been standard delivery they tell you one thing on the phone and another on email and lie about it absolute joke of a company would advise anyone to steer well clear

I attempted to return a faulted purchase and they claimed I had tampered with the product. Angry and insulted by their accusations. They are not the type of company that you want to trade with.

I placed an order with Q&D 3 weeks ago…

I placed an order with Q&D 3 weeks ago ! I have sent 3 Emails and made 3 phone call ! All have been a total waste of time. They do not reply to any of the Emails or Phone calls. I needed the parcel before I went back to work (Fat chance) I finally got a message from the delivery firm letting me know the parcel would be delivered on Tuesday the 10th of September so my son took an unpaid holiday to wait in for the parcel only to find it was delivered on the MONDAY the 9th. They couldn't even get that right. I would say this company is a joke but there is nothing funny about it!!!! They charged me £6.95 for the delivery, I had parcels delivered from half way around the world that arrived before theirs and their postage was free! I will be writing to their managing director and putting my awful experience on Trust Pilot so other people do not get conned like I did. I will never use your company again! What a waste of money the items were poor quality and what is the point of asking for a refund when they clearly never read the their messages! Beware of wasting your money.

Asking for a refund

To continue from my previous post, rang again today and was told that the item hasn’t even been dispatched. I have had enough now and have asked for a refund but was told it has to be agreed from Head Office!!! I also asked if they will refund me my money as quickly as they took it. Guess what the answer was.

Worst customer service ever

I wish I had read QD reviews before spending so much money with them. I bought a shed when it arrived it was faulty wood was split and nails missed the wood and incorrect size I took around 30 pictures and emailed most of them on day of delivery. I waited to hear from them and nothing for over a week I had to call 2/3 times on the last time I asked to speak to a manager and I was not going to hang up I was promised a call back which happened. I got an email to ask for a collection date and I emailed this straight away this was a week and a half ago when calling they today they said suppler will try to contact me this has not happened yet I await a miracle and still have no shed. I so hope my exchange it not damaged starting to think a refund is a better idea QD you have until 22.8.19 at 5pm to sort this out or I will raise a paypal dispute my sales number is 09200098018

Ordered 10 storage boxes from QD stores…

Ordered 10 storage boxes from QD stores on 2nd August, now 16th August and after numerous calls to there customer services, no delivery or knowledge of where delivery is, last report is lost in transit. Order number 9200099982. only reason for 2 stars is the staff at least tried to locate delivery and were curtoius and honestly i could fell they were embarressed about the situation and didnt know what to do, company needs to sort itself out, staff seem OK. promised a refund, we shall see what happens and how many times i have to chase.

Non existent customer service

Bought Milan bench when it arrived it was the wrong material try to contact customer service via the customer service team tel number only to be told that the only way to contact customer service is by email. Spoke to shop manager who tried to sort out but told that I must send photos to the customer service email. Explained that I could not send photographs they then told me to send the bar code number from the box which I did. I was then told that they were happy that the item they sent me although wrong was the correct bar code asked to send dates when they could arrange to pick up the wrong item. I sent 3 dates for the following week. No action taken chased them up but only received a reply that they wanted the dates. Told them I had sent them 4 days earlier they then arranged to pick up after the item was picked up I had to chase up refund refunded a week after pickup.

I placed a order on line for some garden seats never again

I placed a order on line for some garden seats on the Tuesday called on the Wednesday was told customer services not in till the following morning. Called then as was told to go online and print cancellation form and email back said no access to printer so he said he would let cancellations know. Received an email that Thursday afternoon stating to refuse the delivery but I would be liable for return charges, called but no one could tell me how much, Then my Mum called and said someone had delivered a parcel, which was supposed to been delivered on the Friday shambles of a company and a rip off would never order again from these cowboys and not got the bill yet for all the phone calls

Worst service I have ever encountered…

Worst service I have ever encountered in my life. I should have been concerned when they arked me for £12 delivery sayings its according to weight when other companies like Greenfingers just change £5 flat rate. I ordered a parasol for the first time. There was no mention of buying base weights until my neighbour told me to check. I found out I should buy the extra weights and asked if I could add this to delivery. Note I called at 10am and only called back at 11.30am. Not long after. They said no we can't we don't have that facility. Useless! So I would have to pay ANOTHER £12 delivery? No way!! So I asked if I could cancel and reorder the parasol this time with the weights. I checked online on their website and it confirmed £12 for both. They said sure! A moment later I receive an email from their so-called 'Head Office' stating that they already dispatched the item and I would be charged £12 delivery. Really??? You dispatched within 1 and half hour of me calling you?? I'm more than irritated with this company I'm furious. DO NOT BUY!! Now I'm waiting for my refund and god knows how long that will take with these cowboys. Seriously I nearly reordered and the whole situation would have cost me £24 just in deliveries. Do not buy here!!! REPLY TO JASMIN: yes you told me not to accept the package and that you would process the refund. MINUS the delivery though. So I'm still paying you £12 for delivery when I cancelled the order just an hour later. Not on sorry. Still the worst company I have dealt with. I'm going to GREENFINGERS. check them out only £5 delivery. And they have excellent reviews.

Worst shop to go to for a bargain.

Great shop where to encourage customers not to visit their store they issue parking fines. I guess it's an alternative way to make money out of customers. I find it a sure way to make sure once caught you'll never ever ever visit the store again. And when I say fine I mean the most extortionate fine I have ever been given £100 for 10mn... Then I got a reply giving me an address for the customer service. I wrote 5 august got a reply that I would get an answer within 72 hours... It is now October and there is still no sign....

Bad customer service which is supported by their CEO

The staff were rude and even when the manager explained the process of selecting the correct amount to charge, staff could not work this out and after a long wait there was no apology. When it was pointed out to the staff that a courteous apology would have been appreciated, we were told we had an attitude problem. Wrote to CEO to bring this bad customer service but it seems even the CEO does not want to know about it. Therefore no surprise there is that kind of service in their stores. I will not be buying from this store again,

Ordered some garden furniture which was…Buyer beware

Ordered some garden furniture which was to be delivered in two parcels. I opted for delivery as my car is a mini so products wouldn’t fit inside. I received a text from parcel force saying they would deliver between 11.05-12.05. I arrived home only to discover they had tried to deliver at 10.55. They tried again the following day but never sent a text so again I wasn’t in. They now say I have to collect from their depot which is over 60 miles away. They failed to explain how I will fit even one parcel inside a mini. I could also opt for a Saturday delivery for £25 on top of the £9.95 I have already paid for delivery. I called QD customer service and explained the issue to them. They asked if I wished to cancel the order and I said yes as I have no way of getting the items and am not prepared to pay a further £25 delivery. They told me they would cancel my order but I would have to pay for the return but could not tell me how much this would be. Through no fault of my own I will be out of pocket with no goods just because I ordered from their website. Never again will I use this company. Buyer beware!!!

Terrible company ordered a pergola paid…

Terrible company ordered a pergola paid a premium to be delivered on Saturday guess what delivered on Wednesday by a clown from nx couriers who decided to climb my back gate unlock it go into my shed and dump the package there leaving the gate undone for good measure when he left fobbed off by nx couriers and qd customer service who said they were very behind and someone would contact me within 72 hrs 6 days later im still chasing. The answer i got is a new email has been sent to head office but this will take another 72 hrs. In short avoid at all costs total amateurs! Response to the reply. I have already given my details to customer services twice, who just fobbed me off twice with a ridiculous 72 hr rule for them to reply. Never seems to get to the person in charge. Funny how when a problem appears on a public platform QD seems to care all of a sudden! I will call customer services again on Friday as i very much doubt they will call me!

Terrible customer service

We were told an item was reserved only for it to be sold to someone else. They refused to sell us the display model even though they admitted they could not get anymore in. Offered no resolution to solve the issue.
