Scam all the way - no real number or email
Avoid like the plague They take your money Don't respond to emails when you ask for a refund. Customer service is very unhelpful. I have now escalated my refund through PayPal.
Bought a frying pan - turned up completely battered out of shape. Immediately sent email to customer services, with picture. No response after 1 week so rang and spoke to someone who said they would respond. 3 days later still no response. I wont use them again.
They take your money and don't send the item....never buy from them...basically fraud.
I ordered storage boxes on 10th of April and was told it would take 4 to 7 working days to arrive. I am still waiting no one has contacted me after I complained and will most likely contact PayPal to get my money back. DONT USE QD online as they are useless and I will never by from them again. If they use this practice they will go under and serves them right!! SHOCKING COMPANY
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible!! I ordered something 12 days ago and have gotten ZERO correspondence in regards to a tracking number, no replies to emails I've sent, the number they posted is bogus. I just filed a claim with my bank to get my money back as I have already gotten what I initially ordered from them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I put in an order a week ago. I received an order number but havent heard anything over a week. Its like they are just a scam and not a real company. No replies to emails. Phone number only results in a person saying that this is his personal number and he will not answer your call. I think this place is a scam.
Have ordered a recliner from them and received a message saying it had been dispatched, when tracking it to Royal Mail they have never received it. I emailed in asking did they know where it was and just got a basic reply that didn’t answer the question I have emailed in several times since and have had no replies. They have my money and I have no goods clearly breaking the contract between customer and retailer. I would never buy from here again and if they carry on like this they don’t deserve to do well. In my review I have taken into account the unprecedented times we are in. I was a retailer for over 30years and would never give this poor service.
Received my gazebo. Lovely product. Delivery look 8 working days and i did got email when it was despatched. Communication a bit slow but they do reply eventually. Not bad service i wish they were communicating a bit better but in general im happy. Thank you. Olga
Hello I placed an order for indoor furniture on Monday and I have received my order confirmation. I am a little confused as I haven’t received any information about delivery? I have emailed and yet to have a response. I appreciate it must be a busy and stressful time but I would prefer to know you have the order and also how long I am waiting for the furniture to arrive. Worse online shop ,it’s take long to deliver my item until now didn’t receive my item I try to contact them but I’m failed avoid this online shop not worthy waisting time.
Not just Bad very Bad. Customer service is non existent. No Phone contacts work or are turned off. No delivery note sent and no items received even though consistent requests for information have been requested for the online orders on line and by what appears to be a non responsive email chat line. Would like to make it minus 5 but they don't allow for that.
We bought 2 bedside tables from the Hadleigh store and are very pleased with the quality of the product and the service we received. The staff in the store were very friendly and the delivery team gave us a 2 hour window for delivery which they stuck to.
Recently tried to purchase two Ottomans from QD Online service, they sent two totally different items of very low value. We contacted them straight away and asked if they would send the correct items, however they insisted that they could not send out the items we paid £39.98 for until we returned the wrong items valued at £7,00? We did as they asked and yet they still refused to send the correct items, we finally got our refund after supplying evidence similar to that in a murder trial i.e. images of everything required and returning their wrong items at the expense of our time etc. To get the items we wanted we would have to reorder and pay the £6,95 postage again? TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE - THEY MISSED THE POINT THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE? They will lose loads of customers but do not seem bothered?
I received faulty goods last year. Rather than a replacement I agreed they could refund a portion of my payment. I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days , but nearly 2 months on I still have no refund and they are no longer replying to emails.
Ordered Express delivery for delivery Saturday. Didn't turn up and no communication. Spent 30 minutes waiting for customer services to answer to then be told the goods hadn't been dispatched, they didn't know when they would be and it would take head office 3 days to look into it. Never again.
Update - Waited 72 hours to be contacted regarding wrong item sent. Not a peep from head office. Phoned customer service today and told they will contact head office. They can't put me through as it only opens at 12pm? Can't guarantee when I will get a call/when I will get the item picked up/ refund. Will be contacting trading standards if not sorted by the end of the week. This is your mistake, you need to rectify it. Will NEVER order from here again. Order no. 09200084319
Will never ever ever use QD delivery again. Ordered a table and chairs. Paid £15 for delivery. Received no tracking number, the number the customer service gave us isn’t even a number the delivery company use. The delivery company haven’t even had any information about our parcel. So as far as we are concerned they haven’t even contacted the company to organise delivery. Head office are closed all weekend, all she could do was write emails to ask for a refund. Very disappointed and very unhelpful.
Absolutely atrocious service!! Only delivered half of my order and now simply cannot get through to speak to anyone!!! Have emailed with no response. Do not buy from here!! Thieves!
