Bad customer service which is supported by their CEO
The staff were rude and even when the manager explained the process of selecting the correct amount to charge, staff could not work this out and after a long wait there was no apology. When it was pointed out to the staff that a courteous apology would have been appreciated, we were told we had an attitude problem. Wrote to CEO to bring this bad customer service but it seems even the CEO does not want to know about it. Therefore no surprise there is that kind of service in their stores. I will not be buying from this store again,
