QD Stores

Today I found a lovely Christmas tree online at the cost of £32.00. when checking out I found the delivery charge ranged from £8.95 all the way to £36.00. I contacted the customer service department in hope they may be to provide a voucher code or even purchase the tree over the telephone and was advised that’s there charge and basically I have to pay it. It wasn’t the best customer service I have experienced, with this and the delivery charge I decided not to proceed with my purchase. In this day & age how can you possibly justify almost £10.00 to deliver an item.

I have ordered large storage boxes from QD Stores about 6 times. Each delivery is for 8-12 boxes, and they come fairly quickly by DPD. Delivery isn't cheap but it is a very good service. I buy the 110 l and 100 litre plastic boxes and I did have some damage in two orders. Customer service responded straight away, and after sending photos of the damaged lids/boxes they replaced them very quickly. There is no QD store near where i live so i can't comment on the physical stores, but the boxes I have purchased online are excellent value and the discount when buying the boxes 2 for £12 rather than £7.99 each more than covers the delivery charge. I ordered 12 boxes on Monday and they arrived first thing this morning.

I'm pleasantly positively surprised wit QD stores. a). in Sudbury, and b). other QD stores. QUALITY is excellent. Much better than Poundland. STOCK: VERY GOOD variety and easy to find. PRICES are just right, fair to the buyer and seller. ONE SMALL NEGATIVE: A few items not visibly priced. Perhaps that was new stock but I doubt - anywat there should be prices on every item. The store in Basildon is to avoid I went to the store in Basildon. I do not bring it back. The staff is very rude and the service is non-existent!

Was in your shop in Gorleston Great Yarmouth today while on holiday from Scotland. While being served my son and his girlfriend waited by the door the woman serving us asked a member of your staff to "keep an eye on them" because she didn't like the look of them. She had some cheek she looked like coco the clown with all the makeup. We wont be shopping here again as we felt intimidated.
