Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a garden ornament windmill online as a present for my Mum, on opening this the windmill was unfortunately damaged. Having called customer service was advised to send an email with pictures which I did. The email was sent late Friday but by the Monday had a response from Bella apologising for this and as I’d requested a replacement confirmed that another windmill would be sent to me if in stock. Received another windmill but this time the solar lights were not fully working, once again sent an email and a picture of the item and received another response from Bella to confirm that a new item would be sent to me. As it had been a week since Bella’s email and I’d not heard from the courier I dropped Bella another email, once again she come back to me with a response to advised when the item had been shipped. Item has now been received and third time lucky the item is perfect. I work in customer service and would like Bella to be recognised for how efficient she has been with getting back to me and finally resolving the issue. Thank you Bella for all your help with this my Mum is now over the moon with her item and this is down to you and your communication.
