Order not received cant contact

Ordered goods, received confirmation of order and.... then nothing. They dont respond to email via their website, they dont respond to twitter! Other discount companies have brilliant or at least working customer service. Are they going under I wonder??

Awful customer services

Table arrived damaged in four places, middle extension piece screwed into wrong place so unusable. Customer services absolutely useless, don’t reply by email and when you call them they tell you it will be sorted that day but it never is. Over 3weeks of waiting for a response. Will not be using them again.

purchased a summer house and paid for…

purchased a summer house and paid for it on 25th april nearly £1000, was told would receive between 27th may and 4th june, contacted the company on the 24th to get a date for delivery, told me to call manufacturer, who told me they had never received the order and there is now a 16 week waiting time, so should get my SUMMER HOUSE in OCTOBER, have made several phone calls and emails to QD stores , asking for my money back , over a week has now passed and have had no response from them, luckily I paid by pay pal so I will eventually get my money back, thanks QD stores your the greatest , ...NOT

Shockingly poor company. Can't believe they have stores if this is how they treat customers!

If you're here before making a purchase please avoid! If you made the same mistake I and many others have by giving them your money then I hope you're not in a rush for whatever you bought. I was annoyed at having to pay nearly £20 for delivery of some small lightweight items, but I can't grumble because I did choose to pay that. They had some stuff that I couldn't get hold of elsewhere, otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered. Once they'd taken the payment I received the automated email with my order number. Two weeks after that and nothing. No updates or any other communication from the company. I've sent emails, called their number, and even tweeted them. They are active on Twitter but won't respond to me there either. I hope this is just a blip due to covid19 but either way I won't be buying from this company ever again. The customer service is non-existent and I'm now going to have to waste my own time contacting trading standards and my card company to try to get our money back.

Appalling service and scamming company

This company is one of the worst I have ever come across. Do not go near them. They have happily taken my money for a Table and chair set that is now no longer on there website and have sent a fake email saying my order has been shipped. IT has NOT been shipped and now the company have completely shut down there phone lines saying they are too busy to deal with enquires... SCAM SCAM SCAM... absolute rip off merchants... I have left 3 complaints not one answered. Avoid like the covid....

Storage Box Hell

Ordered a load of storage boxes on the 4th May, paid for 4 to 7 working days delivery. I have contacted on several occasions but now can't even get through. I want to cancel but can't even do that. Terrible customer service. Don't use!!!!!

Poor Service

Poor Service Have tried ordering on a click and collect basis but there is no facility to confirm the order, therefore it doesn't register. Did contact Customer Service, but am still waiting for a response. Difficult times, I agree, but if they want people to spend money they need to make drastic improvements to both their online system and customer services.

Delighted with my purchase and the fast delivery :)

So glad I never saw reviews before I placed my order. I was looking for a pergola, item seemed perfect, price was great and as it was showing as in stock, I ordered it. I had scoured internet for 2 weeks before stumbling across QD. Pergola delivered 3 working days later (guide time was 4-7 days), delivery driver very pleasant and adhered to social distancing etc ... I am completely delighted with my purchase and hope the negative reviews don't put people off from buying from QD Stores.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, ordered a few items over a week ago paid £6.95 pp thought at that price it would have been next day delivery. Still not received (NEVER ORDER FROM THESE AGAIN) CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No after sale customer service!

Ordered an awning which was incorrectly described. Returned the item to their returns centre 2weeks ago and within the returns period. I have emailed several times Over the past 3 weeks with no reply, telephone number permanently engaged (even at 6am and 9pm🤔) and to date I have had no refund. I understand staffing levels are lower than usual but if you can’t cope with the customer aftercare then limit what you sell. Happy to take your money but not give back what they owe. I do not recommend you order from their website at this time. Ironically their customer service email is customercare@. There is zero customer care from QD. Surely they can have a staff member at least answering emails. They can do that from home!

Good customer service in difficult conditions

Placed two separate orders on the same day and contacted help desk to try and combine the orders to reduce shipping costs . Whilst there was a delay in responding, I did get a response and they were very helpful. Order has now arrived and is perfect and at a good price. Telephone number to contact them is available and comes up via PayPal . When I spoke with a staff member she did apologise for the delays which was due to staff shortages due to illness . I would definitely use again and is not a scam .5 stars for dealing with my enquiry and orders in v difficult circumstances. 😊👍

First and last dealings with QD Stores

First and last dealings with QD Stores, never again. Ordered goods almost two weeks ago and emailed several times to enquire about delivery. No response from QD Stores, except automated replies. I required the goods urgently and gave QD Stores a deadline of a few days to reply. Failure to reply would result in me contacting paypal and informing them of my problem and requesting their assistance in recovering the value of the order. I received a prompt reply from QD Stores on the same day and a refund in full. The entire issue was totally unnecessary and could have been avoided.
