I used the company a second time. Liked the range and the choice of the carpets and underlay. I found that the price was cheaper compared to the stores. The customer service and delivery updates were excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Great choice and value, lovely carpet samples arrived quickly and were very helpful in guiding our decision. The carpet arrived very quickly and the delivery driver was absolutely lovely. Carpet has not been fitted yet.

I don't leave reviews often but wanted to give feedback of my experience as there are many mixed reviews out there. First time using this company and everything turned out fine, they delivered within 3 working days on the standard delivery option. Regular comms keeping me informed of order updates, then a 3 hour delivery time slot provided the day before. On the delivery day further updates provided and you can even see the van's location on a live tracking map. Delivered 1 hour into the 3 hour time slot by a friendly chap, well packaged and on inspection all was correct and in perfect condition - driver was happy to wait a little extra time for me to check. Great to see they deliver their own products as I have ordered from other online flooring companies that use third party couriers who have been late delivering (sometimes by days!) and caused damage to the flooring during transit. I ordered Magnus Patagonia 555 vinyl sheet roll. The flooring itself was exactly as described, thick/comfy, generously cut beyond the ordered length and it looks great now fitted. Very happy and will definitely be using OC again based on this experience.

Excellent experience. Lovely vinyl that was thick and foamed on the bottom. I bought the aveo turbo vinyl I think it was called! Really clean and modern and looks like a real wood effect. Good delivery time too! Was happy with the price also!

I’ve never left a review in my life but I’m so appalled by this company. Online carpets response to my review is yet again a load of rubbish. They haven’t contacted me again to investigate it further. As I have responded saying that we would not except their offer of a refund for just the area of the carpet that is faulty as they can’t just take that part away? To which I was meant to cut away and pack up myself for collection. Since then I have heard nothing. Also it is impossible to check a carpet of that size before it is unrolled and cut to size by a fitter because of the weight and not having a space big enough to roll the entire thing out. I don’t have the time or energy to write anything else. Just a really disappointing experience and left totally out of pocket so wanted to warn others so you don’t experience the same thing.

I dont tend to leave reviews unless a product/service is exceptionally good or bad. From ordering to delivery, comms was good, product itself brilliant, very good value for money, will use again!

My delivery today was atrocious. I live in a skyscraper 3rd floor on my own with a heart condition. Driver dumped the carpet roll on the landing beside the lift. When I asked if he was taking it upstairs he said no. I said I had a heart condition he replied what do you want me to do about it. I couldn't get the carpet up the stairs as it was on a cardboard roll. Had to get a neighbour to unroll it then fold it and carry it upstairs. So not a happy person.

The company stated on their website that delivery would be fast, taking only 2-5 working days. However, this was not the case; I did not receive my delivery until the seventh day, excluding weekends. Their priority should be to get the product to the customer as quickly as possible. Instead, they waited until the final day of the deadline to ship the product, which I find unprofessional. The administration section of the business needs to be more professional. When it comes to scheduling deliveries stop leaving it until the deadline. The delivery driver was very polite. Order Timeline:** - **18/02/2025:** I placed my order at 8:53 PM. No actions were taken until the following day since the order was submitted after the noon cutoff time. - **19/02/2025:** This marks Day 1 for my first order. As it was placed overnight, it would have been one of the first orders processed in the morning before the noon cutoff. - **19/02/2025:** I placed my second order at 7:57 PM. Since this order was made overnight, no action would have taken place until the next morning. - **20/02/2025:** This is Day 2 for the first order and Day 1 for the second order. The second order, placed the night before, would also be processed in the morning before the noon cutoff. - **21/02/2025:** This is Day 3 for the first order and Day 2 for the second order. - **22/02/2025:** Weekend (no deliveries). - **23/02/2025:** Weekend (no deliveries). - **24/02/2025:** This is Day 4 for the first order and Day 3 for the second order. - **25/02/2025:** This is Day 5 for the first order and Day 4 for the second order. Both orders could potentially be delivered on this date. - **26/02/2025:** This is Day 6 for the first order and Day 5 for the second order.

I have recently bought a carpet with this company and was initially very satisfied with the service I received. However, although the carpet was delivered on time the delivery driver dud not actually deliver the carpet to my property. I live in a cottage accessed by a shared driveway that is in constant use. There's ground floor access to my home as well as a gated front garden. When the carpet arrived he greeted me with he was not going to bring the carpet into my house. When I asked why he replied that he was not insured to do so and I should have checked the terms and conditions, which to be fair I hadn't done as I've never previously had any problems with deliveries. When I queried this he replied that he was not going to give me any special treatment which I hadn't in fact asked for. He left the carpet outside of my property on the shared drive. I have explained the problem with customer services at online carpet and was told that as there was no record of our conversation and he was within his rights to not deliver the carpet into our property there is nothing they can do. This is not acceptable to me. I will not be recommending this company in venture.

Absolutely brilliant service. Wonderful quality carpet which was so reasonably priced and went down well and looks lovely .

Had a little back and forth with the company about a refund issue, but they came through in the end with a good and positive resolution with the issue. Happy customer given the conclusion of it all.
