The product is good value for money. The delivery time is very precise and saves you "waiting in" all day. On another occassion I had to help the driver get the carpet in the house. He had 24 other carpets to deliver and he was by himself! This was ok by me as a tradesman used to lifting heavy materials, but not necessarily good for say "a smaller customers".

I would happily recommend online carpets to anyone,I recently ordered 2 carpets which I thought was a nice colour until my girlfriend saw it and Told me I'd ordered the wrong carpet so I contacted customer service and they were happy to collect them and deliver the ones I apparently should have ordered. Great service,thank you for sorting my problem
