Been ordering from this company for a while now and have had no complaints. Richard, in particular, has been great at responding to our emails quickly and providing information regarding our order. On top of that, they're one of the cheapest companies around for vinyl flooring.

Very bad delviery service!!! When you placed order, it tells you to wait 2-5 working days. However, it didn't delivery as committed!!!

used this company many many times, i was home alone when order arrived told him to drop it out side near my porch door he did do that then asked can he come in and use my toilet ???? no pubs open ??? bit cheeky i thought and as a female had a bad sexual attack yrs ago as left me very wary now of being home alone etc,

When I rang querying the stock position of a carpet, the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Guiding me to a carpet to sit my needs within my budget as the one I selected was discontinued. Delivery of my order was on time and again a very helpful driver. Thank you

From the samples to delivery all went very smoothly including a very obliging delivery man who put the carpet in a convenient place inside the house for our convenience. The variety of carpet is good at reasonable prices and delivery is fairly quick. highly recommended.

Ordered 2 samples, very happy with what I got , Ordered 2 rolls of the lara turbo vinyl flooring . Quick delivery and amazing on price, online carpets beat all prices given by local flooring companies. Would definitely recommend online carpets.

Absolute 5* service. I messed up my order, onlinecarpets did their utmost to resolve it for me. I received my correct order and was very pleased with the quality and design. The delivery was timely, The delivery driver friendly and courteous, I received regular updates via txt message and email and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever come across. The service didn’t waiver either depending on the person, the level as standard was the same regardless of who you spoke to! The carpet itself, looks lovely on my stairs and landing. Would highly recommend and will be sure to use again. Thank You for a very good service and experience. 👍🏼

Wouldn’t rate one star . Placed an order over the weekend only to be told 5 working days later that they didn’t have it in stock but I could choose another colour . I responded to the email they send 5 times without a response and then called only to be told it would be another 2-3 working days. I have a baby due in 2 weeks time and now have to wait another week for a refund . Absolutely appalling communication throughout AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The ordering process, the quality of the products received, the customer service, the first class delivery and tracking information, and the really helpful delivery drivers for two orders placed in March was fantastic.

Ordered a carpet on Saturday the 15th April it is now the 21st but still no calls with regards to delivery. Ordered from here as it states fast delivery, I wouldn’t say this is fast delivery, I have chased to see if they can advise when they will deliver but I just get messages back stating I will get called the day before when it’s ready. The quick delivery is misleading, I understand it says 2-5 working days but be warned, that if you order at a weekend the Monday isn’t classed as a working day. If I do receive this on Monday then that will be the 24th April, wouldn’t exactly call this quick delivery.

Fab company if you can fit your own carpets! We've recently renovated our entire house and bought several carpets over the last year or so, which have all been great quality, great price, delivered when they said they would be etc. Free samples sent out quickly, as many as you like (max 6 at a time).

We purchased the Laminate flooring a little while ago but only recently laid it in the hall. It was delivered on time. Well packed in perfect condition. We bought this in the sale. Amazing quality. Never realised laminate floor could be so sturdy also look the part. Beautiful, the quality is second to none. Will return to this company again as we refloor the rest of the house. Thank you. 5 stars is not enough you deserve so much more.

I am glad that I've insisted on my searching on the Internet for the vinyl flooring and found you guys. Everything was STRAIGHT FORWARD, choose all the flooring, made the payment and all the updates till the flooring arrived was spot on, even the delivery guy read the note that we left with instructions and left the goods safe as we requested. We can thank you enough for the good price , good communication and good deliver 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Company and WE definitely RECOMMEND .

The carpet is faulty ,the backing is lifting from the carpet . I couldnt check the carpet before laying due to the size . I proably wouldnt have checked the back of the carpet never having this problem previously . The fitter highlighted the problem half way through fitting as manipilating the carpet to fit the stairs was where the backing was coming off even more . I am now left with lumps when the backing isnt sitting flat under the carpet . Arround the edges when the carpet should attach to the gripper rods its lifting up and only the backing is atrached to the grips . I would expect a refund in full as the carpet is not fit for purpose . Faulty good !

Ordered from this site a fair few times, mixture of carpet, laminate & vinyl. Always had a fab service and speedy delivery.
