Unprofessional scheduling
The company stated on their website that delivery would be fast, taking only 2-5 working days. However, this was not the case; I did not receive my delivery until the seventh day, excluding weekends. Their priority should be to get the product to the customer as quickly as possible. Instead, they waited until the final day of the deadline to ship the product, which I find unprofessional. The administration section of the business needs to be more professional. When it comes to scheduling deliveries stop leaving it until the deadline. The delivery driver was very polite. Order Timeline:** - **18/02/2025:** I placed my order at 8:53 PM. No actions were taken until the following day since the order was submitted after the noon cutoff time. - **19/02/2025:** This marks Day 1 for my first order. As it was placed overnight, it would have been one of the first orders processed in the morning before the noon cutoff. - **19/02/2025:** I placed my second order at 7:57 PM. Since this order was made overnight, no action would have taken place until the next morning. - **20/02/2025:** This is Day 2 for the first order and Day 1 for the second order. The second order, placed the night before, would also be processed in the morning before the noon cutoff. - **21/02/2025:** This is Day 3 for the first order and Day 2 for the second order. - **22/02/2025:** Weekend (no deliveries). - **23/02/2025:** Weekend (no deliveries). - **24/02/2025:** This is Day 4 for the first order and Day 3 for the second order. - **25/02/2025:** This is Day 5 for the first order and Day 4 for the second order. Both orders could potentially be delivered on this date. - **26/02/2025:** This is Day 6 for the first order and Day 5 for the second order.
