Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

FRI MMS PASSER IKKE “ SVINDEL”

Har 5 kort til vildtkamera med FRI MMS 🤔 som der står på deres hjemmeside. Men nej de lukker bare for mms’ser når de synes der bliver sendt for mange modtager ca. 5 for hver kamera om dagen. Har haft ringet flere gange til Den man kan kontakte via den mail de sender. Så skriv da hvor mange der må sendes i en måned. Ringede til kundeservice og snakkede med en sød ung Dame. JEG VED IKKE NOGET OM DETTE 😳 men ville få hende til at ringe dig op 😴😴 SIKKE NOGET SVINDEL LEBARA. 😡😡😡

Worse customer service EVER

Since I’ve moved to lebara 3 weeks ago I have had only 1 weeks service,and I am now on to sim number 3. When you phone customer service you are wasting your time as every one of them will tell you something different ,I was told if I buy a sim then it would be easier than them sending one out,I declined as it was late at night and I am a disabled pensioner. This time when my sim went AGAIN I did go and buy one,I then called the call centre who said no this was no use and I would have to wait to get the sim sent out on a 2 day guarantee delivery,well we are now on day 3,still no sim ,so I went on the chat line and was told if I had my email address handy then they could do the change and make the good sim I bought as my number,but as my phone is not working I couldn’t do this as my email is on it. The guy on the chat line was very helpful this time,and said there must have been something wrong they wouldn’t make the sim live ,I said there was nothing wrong the lady on the customer services was just obstinate and unwilling to help,she even refused my request to talk to a manager I am dependant on my phone,being disabled,but they couldn’t care about that. The contract is cheap,but there should be some compensation scheme for people being let down by lebara.

Klantenservice Lebara

Normaal gesproken redelijke gesprekken met de klantenservice gehad. Helaas is dit niet het geval geweest afgelopen woensdag. Meneer was erg sceptisch en geïrriteerd. Hij kon na het erbij halen van mijn gegevens geen antwoord geven op mijn vragen. Het ging over een nieuwe factuur, maar dat de maand van die factuur niet duidelijk was. Hij antwoorde eerst dat het maand augustus was en daarna september. Terwijl beide maanden al betaald zijn. Hij was tussendoor onverstaanbaar, kortaf en alles behalve behulpzaam. Als laatst hing hij gewoon op. Ik was al ontevreden over de manier hoe ze niet transparant waren over het jaarcontract. En het afgelopen gesprek bevestigd helemaal hoe Lebara tegenover hun klanten staan. Als mijn contract verlopen is ga ik nooit meer een abbonement nemen bij Lebara.

Wishing to move a number to Lebara -DONT BOTHER

Wishing to move my number to Lebara from another company it is taking them over 2 weeks and still nothing. I was told by the store agency that it would only take a few days but they still charged me 5€ Contacted Lebara by phone and WhatsApp to be given a reference number. But still nothing. They have just said you have to wait. I know of 3 other people who are looking at moving to them but have given up as they seem to not care about getting new customers, so if that is the case for potential customers what are they like with existing customers. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that was not possible so I guess “customer service” are a law unto themselves with no management structure. Will look for another company.

Customer Service Diabolical

Customer Service is diabolical. Say they will sort the issue, then say they can’t and another department has to get involved and it will take up to a week. However this does not happen. When time lapsed and further contacted, I was given absolutely no explanation of process or how and if issues will be resolved. But again they’ll pass to another department and they will sort it, where again it will take up to a week. And guess what I’m still waiting. Also when contacting the online chat for an issue it is apparent they say one thing and then another clearly lying and being inconsistent…All which I’ve saved, screen shot and will take further action as this is a very unreliable company who do not solve issues and talk utter rubbish.

Horrible!

This is a very poor company, please don't use them if you rely on your phone for anything. Customer service never sort anything out. Everything is "it'll be 24 hours". I'm a dissabled man stuck in my house and without my phone I can't even order food or medication and they don't give a Dawn.

Data never worked on my iphone - no resolve

Data never worked on my phone after changing to a Lebara sim. Contacted customer service several times and went through the same procedure of changing the settings, which never worked. Said it would be escalated and that I would have a result in 48 hours. I heard nothing. Have cancelled the contract.

Misleading information on advertised on…

Misleading information on advertised on their website. Very clearly the package 7Gb becomes 12Gb, but only if you text 'Extra' before you upgrade your prepaid sim. While the conditions are hidden behind a small exclamation mark.. the conditions should be way better en more clear presented ont he website. False and misleading to sell something from what the conditions are vaguely hidden. Never Lebara for me again

Impossible to cancel the contract

Impossible to cancel the contract. This company is crap and very expensive, never use it. The customer service is worst than anything else I have ever seen.

No solution to WiFi calling issue and repeated false promises

I haven't been able to use WiFi calling since switching to Lebara. I've spoken to numerous customer support agents and been promised that they'll resolve the issue in the next 48 hours then within the next hour. Nothing happens. I've made a complaint and still no resolution after a week of contacting them every day. Very disappointed. Expected more as were rated highly on Money Saving Expert
