Lack of care
After three weeks following my sim jacking incident I still have not got my number back I have serious concerns as to data protection with lebara as in my case their duty of care has failed and their inaction after the event shows I can not trust them. Still waiting for my number to be returned a few days off a month, they have email and other contact numbers but Lebara have failed to complete any action, it seems the only action remaining is wait until 8 weeks and report to the ombudsman.
