Worse customer service EVER
Since I’ve moved to lebara 3 weeks ago I have had only 1 weeks service,and I am now on to sim number 3. When you phone customer service you are wasting your time as every one of them will tell you something different ,I was told if I buy a sim then it would be easier than them sending one out,I declined as it was late at night and I am a disabled pensioner. This time when my sim went AGAIN I did go and buy one,I then called the call centre who said no this was no use and I would have to wait to get the sim sent out on a 2 day guarantee delivery,well we are now on day 3,still no sim ,so I went on the chat line and was told if I had my email address handy then they could do the change and make the good sim I bought as my number,but as my phone is not working I couldn’t do this as my email is on it. The guy on the chat line was very helpful this time,and said there must have been something wrong they wouldn’t make the sim live ,I said there was nothing wrong the lady on the customer services was just obstinate and unwilling to help,she even refused my request to talk to a manager I am dependant on my phone,being disabled,but they couldn’t care about that. The contract is cheap,but there should be some compensation scheme for people being let down by lebara.
