Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

Dire I have wasted over two hours…

Just passed my one year contract with them as well. I have wasted over two hours today downloading a class video- twice and not been able to complete the download! Am well within my data allowance, my bill is paid yet their connection is appalling! Bring it up with a rep and there is the usual run about of excuses, the best was a Lebara rep gritting his teeth and telling me they could not provide perfect service 24/7 inferring my expectations are too high. (Ever since Vodafone announced their merging with 3 Lebara's service has deteriorated to dire. Lebara can't sustain 4G connection and keeps dropping to H+.) Phone calls out suffer from so much static it is pointless using my smartphone for any important business conversations or even make doctor appointments. Customer service is usually pleasant but ineffectual in the longterm come resolving problems which is like putting a chocolate kettle on a hot stove to boil water. Avoid.

Jeg kan ikke sende SMS, selvom jeg har et 149 kr talekort, serie nummer: 6008377078 og taletid ellers virker ok. Det ER UALMINDELIGT FRUSTRENDE. Hvert forsøg bliver besvaret med: Trouble sending. Check options,(resend), som giver nul resultat. Kunde service gav ingen løsning. Hvad kan Lebara hjælpe med??? A.Møller

The WORST providers ever

The WORST providers ever. Cheap but doesn’t work overseas. To resolve the data issue not working they just follow the same script of “turn it off and on” “check if data is on” etc. wasted an hour and forty minutes and my data still doesn’t work. They blamed the iPhone but yet my partner had the same issue with a non iPhone. Then they told me to just wait and see for 24 hours. Like that’s an option. Absolute joke of a provider and I will be changing immediately.

I have been with Lebara for over a…

I have been with Lebara for over a decade; no issues but I was just using them as a phone provider. NOW, there are big issues as I no longer receive SMS messages from my bank, which is needed when making an online purchase. The bank says it's completely Lebara's fault and Lebara says it's the bank. Hmmmm. Will, unfortunately, have to change from Lebara to Orange. Not happy!!

I like the flexibility of Lebara's monthly plans

Lebara's plans have worked brilliantly for us when we moved home recently and our BT landline connection wasn't working at all. During that whole time when we didn't know when we would be getting landline internet, we initially bought some extra data from Lebara, then subscribed to the Lebara unlimited data plan just for a month before switching back to a cheaper plan. It all worked extremely well. I love when companies make it just as easy to switch back to a cheaper plan as it is to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Many other companies make this a difficult as they possibly can.

Great network & CS but no internet in the EU

Great network and customer support always available but not always knowing what they're talking about. Always no internet in the EU after manually having to change APN and other settings for each country which is why 2 stars only. I had three and didn't have to bother with changing settings for each country - it just worked in the EU but had to leave them because they introduced ridiculous £2 daily charges for those staying for extended periods of time outside the UK. Lebara calls work fine but forget about the Internet (got into many problems and extra costs because of failing internet when I need it most during my travels to the EU). Contacted customer support but my settings are exactly what they say. Then I hear to manually change network to Vodafone or Lebaba - both don't exist in Slovenia. Then am told it's because Lebara is a UK network hence it might not work in other countries - hey check out your home page - "Connect to the World at the best rates with Lebara" unless I get it wrong and you mean connect to the World from the UK only??! As far as I remember you advertised quite aggressively on Ryanair flights as a truly international network that works in the UK as well as World. 1 star for calls 1 star from customer support

Jeg er meget tilfreds, men service er en katastrofe.

Jeg har brugt Lebara i flere år og er meget tilfreds. Jeg bruger kun telefon (også til og i udland) og sms, sjældent data (kun til EasyPark og navigation). Service er dog et meget alvorlig problem, og man skal ikke røre ved noget! Jeg skulle ændre min e-mail adresse, og var uden telefon i to uger! Fornylig kunne jeg ikke logge-in. Telefonservice kan man glemme. Efter flere dage fandt jeg selv årsagen: min e-mail er anmeldt med udelukkende små bogstaver (og kommer også sådan frem på Lebaras log-in side), men da jeg prøvede med en stor bogstav i begyndelsen, virkede det pludselig!

I fredags - ringede ind idag - ringede ind Begge ved udløb (næsten HELE 5 min.tilbage) blev man smidt - 'af Telf. - - - Har før ringet FÅ gange ind og blevet ekspederet (under) inden for 1 Minut. Begge gange (endda på 2 Mobiler) med Svaret : Den ene : Du er nr. 32 i Køen - den anden nr. 41 Har for flere uger afbestilt 2 Mobiler a 19,- stykket. Den ene er ok indsat på bankkonto. Den anden er "ikke" indsat med l/h. - (lysets hastighed 1.???.000,458 Km./Sek.) , men 'det ka den blive NU ! = 55252340 Beløbet står : inden onsdag kl. 16:00 - ellers bliver der BAL - (BAL lade) - Per B.

Complete rubbish

Complete rubbish. Wish I had read these reviews before trying to switch from Vodafone. Can't contact anyone, phone does not make or receive calls and the whole experience is dreadful. I do not know whether they will take further payments from my credit cards
