This really should be no stars
This really should be no stars. It is unbelievable to me that such a huge company has the poorest customer service. I ordered a large order for a company. I received the wrong items and had to set up a pick-up to have them sent back. I have yet to receive a refund. Does anyone know the best way to go further with this? They are completely ignoring the issue and at this point have stolen $960 from me. I have to go through our company to take the matter into legal hands. Please don't order anything online from Michaels!! This has taken two months now and is still unresolved.
