Very disappointed in Michael’s
Very disappointed in Michael’s Customer Service. I ordered five items for Christmas gifts thru the website. My order arrive and when I opened it, there were 4 of the items in the first box. Opened the second and it was a duplicate of the first box. I did not receive the 5th item which, of course, was the highest priced item in my order. I chatted with the live rep. as soon as I realized the problem. The rep. informed me that they will issue a return label for the incorrect items. Once they receive those items back and process the return, they’ll ship my item that I paid for. Now, according to her, it will take them about 3 days to process the return and then 7-10 before the ship my paid for item. So I’m having to wait an additional 2 weeks for something that I should have already received. The mistake was on them, I shouldn’t have to wait to receive what I paid for. These items are gifts. Guess I’ll just say a little prayer the item won’t be sold out by the time they get around to shipping it.
