Carrie and Tim are beyond amazing! They helped me get the perfect frames for my parent’s artwork. It was a gift for their anniversary and I was on a very tight schedule, but they made it possible! They provided exceptional service and gave me helpful tips, especially as it was my first time purchasing custom frames. They both went the extra mile at every stage and everything went smoothly from beginning to end of the process. I would recommend them unreservedly and will never frame anything anywhere else. I ordered some products from Pottery Barn with delivery to Michaels Store in Keller, TX, I received an email with delivery completed and telling me that my order was picked up, I went to the store and they told me that they don't have my order and they could not telling me who picked it up, they told me that they think is a delivery problem by UPS, they didn't help me out at all, really bad customer service, I hope I can recover my order later, Michaels need to improve in helping customers to find a solution to this kind of issues.
I ordered 9 balls of yarn for their black Friday deal buy two get one free. 3 of those got sent with the promotion, 3 got canceled and 3 got sent and charged at regular price. When talking to customer service they said the canceled yarn was from lack of stock. When I mentioned the site still showing it as available they told me it takes 24 to 48 hrs to update but it had already been a week since the order date and not once did it say unavailable. They said they couldn't help me with my full price yarn cause the deal had already switched to buy one get one half off and they aren't able to look at previous sales.
Michael’s is absolutely horrific to deal with. Going forward, I will never buy anything again from then. I ordered about 13 items online, paid shipping of $10.00, and received a few items, all at separate times in separate boxes. I am still waiting to receive 7 more items that they said were delivered. It was never delivered. In addition, I ordered cases for football helmets which were $35.00 a piece. They cancelled my order without telling me and wanted me to pick it up in the store and pay full price. They are so corrupt!

I called Michael’s ahead of time to see if they had the item that I needed. The person that answered didn’t know, but I asked a coworker who did. They were kind enough to tell me that the item was in stock and exactly where the item was in the store list. Great teamwork. When I arrived I found the item purchased it and more. I purchased items and was quickly on my way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent selection in baking aisle with good pricing especially with coupon discounts. Fellow at checkout was so pleasant and accommodating. Great experience
Lorsque j'ai reçu le courriel pour répondre au sondage, c'était indiqué que je recevrai un coupon de 25% de rabais pour prochain achat complet, MAIS, finalement c'est un coupon-rabais de 5 $ sur mon prochain achat de 15 $ ou plus, c'est toute une différence, c'est tjrs comme ça avec Michael's, on regarde les spéciaux et quand on arrive en magasin il y a tjrs des exceptions sur plein d'articles, on arrive donc à la caisse pour se faire dire que tel ou tel article ne sont pas inclus dans le spécial ou bien tel ou tel article n'est pas applicable pour le rabais aux aînés. Je fréquente beaucoup moins votre magasin et c'est particulièrement pour ces raisons.
I would not recommend ordering anything from Michael's on line. No customer service to talk with about your order. The international number has people that can't answer simple questions the order. Some laser shipping company has no information on the order. Just label was received. Order was placed 11/26 and I can't find out if I will receive it by 12/20 What a goat rodeo.
I ordered 2 5x7 acrylic frames They were delivered cracked Were in a plastic wrap inside a box I returned them to Westerly store where they were kind & helpful on Nov 29th in am I purchased different frames that day
I walked into Michaels very apprehensive about getting over 12 things framed. I figured the price would be out of my range and it would be a frustrating experience. I walked into Marlton Michael's in NJ and Corey was a pleasure. He was able to help me and he went over and above to help me get Christmas presents framed. He was so professional and I was so happy that I could stop saying Thank You for making this a pleasant experience. GREAT JOB COREY!

I would not recommend ordering online from Michaels. I placed an online order on 11/27/21 I should of received it between 12/01/21 and 12/03/21. The label was printed on 11/29/21. Here it is 12/05/21 and hasn't even shipped. I called to cancel my order and I was told I could not start a return since there was already a tracking number associated with the order, but when I receive it I can take it to my local Michaels for a refund. My local store is about 1/2 hour away one way. By the way what I ordered was a Christmas tree. Looks like I probably won't get a tree up this year.
Worst C/S! Received a damaged item, was told they would send a replacement at no charge. Called back couple of days later, still hadn't shipped the item. Called again 2 more days later and they cancelled the reshipment because on the top if the item was damaged. Seriously! What a joke. Finally got a refund. Will not be ordering anything from them online again!!!!
100% Satisfied with my Christmas Tree purchase! Was not sure what to expect with the online experience of my 7ft Willow Pine Multicolor light tree. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Short time to wait for shipping(2 days). Price point of $99 is a steal for this tree!!!! Merry Christmas! 🎅🌲
CUSTOMER SERVICE: TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, UNBELIEVABLE, DISAPPOINTED...; I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT WORDS CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR! I GUESS, LIKE OTHERS, I HAD THE IMPRESSION THAT MICHAEL'S WAS A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. BUT I WAS TAKEN ABACK BY THE UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION, TRANSFERRED ALL OVER THE PLACE, PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS, SPOKEN TO RUDELY BY EVEN A SUPERVISOR OVER THE PHONE, ALL BECAUSE I WAS GIVING THEM BUSINESS. I AM NEW TO THEIR WEBSITE AS MY WIFE AND I SHOP MORE AT THE STORE, AND MY WIFE IS IN THE STORE AT LEAST 5-6 TIMES/MONTH WITH MY DAUGHTER. I OPENED AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE AND ORDERED ITEMS THINKING IT WOULD BE A SMOOTH PROCESS AND I WON'T EVEN HAVE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. END OF STORY, I HAVE SPENT 8 HOURS ON THE PHONE TOTAL THIS WEEK TRYING TO GET RESOLUTION TO A SYSTEM PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. I WAS TOLD TIME AND TIME AGAIN THAT THE ISSUE HAD BEEN ESCALATED AND I WOULD GET A CALL AND EMAIL PROMPTLY. NEVER HAPPENED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE AGAIN AND WE WOULD HAVE TO FIND OTHER RETAILERS THAT OFFER SIMILAR PRODUCTS.
