Michaels Stores

Michaels always has what I need. And if for some reason they don’t they always restock very shortly. I always feel welcome when I come shopping at the store because I’m always greeted when I come in always asked if I need help and I’m always think when I leave the store.

I love the Westlake store. I can always find color if yarn i need in stock. I prefer this store to shop.

At the Fargo Store you will always get great customer service and customer care. No matter what you purchase you can rest assured you will be taken good care of and they will go the extra mile for you. They now get all my crafting business because of it. The manager is great and so are her employees. What a team. They are great!

They claim to be supportive of disabled people but it's weird how many Sia songs are on their playlist considering her ignorant and offensive movie project

I love Michaels. That is where I get all my yarn. I try to shop there when there are yarn sales. I am 82 so I am on a fixed income. Every penny counts!

We had Michael's do some custom framing for us. Not only did they screw up both the order and the mounting, when we went back to ask them to fix it they blamed us for the mistakes and said they can't fix it. Thousands of dollars wasted and completely unacceptable customer service. We will never return to a Michael's anywhere.

I always order from Michaels and shop in person also. My online orders always come to my house about a month later after ordering. I call customer service and they told me that they could not expedite my order. This really makes me mad because now I will have to wait another month. I'm not going to order from them anymore I will find someone else who is more reliable...

The item i was looking for i drew a blank on were it was. Asked two ladies who were stocking shelves. They stopped and helped me locate what i needed and also made a couple of great recommendations. They did not just point and say its over there they actually took time to help. Alot better than some other big box stores were they point and say over there some where. Great job ladies.

Love the store and employees. Im disabled and although the wheelchair is very old and broken its appreciated. This chair has been in the same condition for many years. I also have to come by myself and to use this chair I have to use my feet and arms to get around in it. The wheels make my hands very dirty and the cross bar at the bottom makes it very hard to use by myself. An electric cart would be much cleaner and safer. Please don't get rid of it unless you replace it because i couldn't shop at all! Everyone is so helpful and very nice. An employee offered to have someone push me around. Ty...ronna tweed

On several occasions, I have brought original artwork to the Geneva, IL, store for framing. This store has talented, helpful frame designers. Krista has gone beyond expectations in helpfulness and ideas for framing! She is a super employee! Although I’ve mostly worked with Krista, John is also great! Fine department!

The staff members were all friendly and knowledgable. They helped me try to find something I couldnt find . Followed through to the end Thank you I appreciate!

It is like Christmas morn every visit. I am an active Artist.have clients.get my framing done at Michaels. I like to knit for relaxation..always buy yarn when on special..like to have full basket. Prices are.competative and great assistance.thank you...

The clerk who helped me in the Sturbridge ma store was awesome Deb. But please expand your yarn department not everyone uses that blanket yarn.

I went to Michael’s knowing exactly what fall/Halloween items I wanted and the few items I couldn’t find this sweet tall young lady who I believe went by a Madllyn(?) came along to help me with a smile on her face and knew where everything was and was so patient and kind even through checking me out when I couldn’t find my card and/or reward look up. Why does the Canadian michaels ask for your rewards/phone For the rewards when we cannot benefit from them??

I have a Michaels app on my phone and downloaded a coupon to my wallet, since the local Michaels store has horrible cell and wifi reception. I showed the coupon (with a barcode) at the register when I checked out. I was told if I did not type in my phone number, I could not use the coupon. Since there is so much spam these days, why would I give Michaels my phone number? I made up a number with all 5s and he scanned the coupon., but was extremely rude. Fortunately we have JoAnn's nearby and they will honor Michael's coupons, so this helps make my shopping easier in the future. It will NOT be Michaels! (Store #2007 Sarasota Pavilion)
