Klarity Health Reviews

2-13-24 Hello! I’m at the Pharmacy for the 4th time and they said they received the prescription but are calling the office bc it shows that it was sent over and signed by a nurse and not a doctor , are you able to answer them I’ve been sitting here for a little 20 min so far , the H-E-B pharmacy calls the doctor and no one answers. 2-14-24 I’m here at the pharmacy again and it shows my script was cancelled after I already talked to my doctor yesterday and she said she sent it in. I need immediate help it’s been 2 weeks now I’ve been playing back and forth with y’all just to get my damn script. Yall take 3 days to respond and when the pharmacy calls yall, no one answers!!!!! I’m beyond overwhelmed and will be leaving reviews on all platforms if y’all continue to make things impossible for me. Someone call me immediately. I contacted the email for customer service and even then no one responds this shouldn’t be this difficult. I need my script to be sent over that says it was signed and sent by the doctor him self not a nurse practitioner.

My provider

A really great solution for health care when you are in need. The virtual appointments are very easy and everyone is so kind.

My doctor was thorough and really listened to me!Because of the Opioid epidemic and some people who have nefarious intentions I get nervous every time I talk to a doctor about my ADHD and I get treated like I'm drug seeking or a criminal!NEVER had a d/a issue either. I can't tell you what I've gone through but its been stressful and awful but my doctor Heather is literally one of the best doctors I've ever had!I'm glad I found Klarity and I definitely recommend them!

Everything was excellent, top notch service. Great communication and helpful. I appreciate getting to work with them.

Easy appointments, convenient and helpful. I had a few issues, but everything was taken care of quickly to my satisfacción. Highly recommend.

The staff always answers me in a timely manner. The doctor was so supportive and so thorough and seemed to really care. I already feel so much better. I really enjoy working with Klarity.

I've had really bad experiences with doctors NOT here. I've felt nothing but love and respect finally. Ty Klarity and Nina

although it was a bit rocky to start with my first provider i had picked out canceling my first appointment, klarity customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and connected me with an excellent provider. she was caring, a good listener, asked me questions and also kept me informed on the treatment and medications im taking. my medicine was sent to a pharmacy right away and ready in a couple hours. the next day, i got an email from klarity support checking up on me. i look forward to my continued treatment through klarity. thank you so much for your great customer service

Following up again on this disreputable company. Incompetent on multiple levels. 3 missed appointments, finally 4th try was the charm. Was prescribed much needed medication but it was sent to a random pharmacy 3 hours away who doesn't even provide my medication I requested a correction, which they agreed to and said it would ne available in 5 days. It was not. With further contact, now they inform me they won't send the prescription or honor their promises which has resulted in being without much needed medication. Run from this corrupt business

Klarity is a simple, minimal service, but it can be an important lifeline for people in many situations. In between jobs and without access to health insurance, I have found this to be an affordable way to work on my mental health. I have had a better experience than I did with a much more expensive traditional provider. The appointments are brief, and so this is not a place to get a great deal of support and information from your health provider. If you want to learn how to track the impacts of medication or aren't even sure how to start learning about self-care on medication, then this might feel a little overwhelming to you. If you feel good about advocating for yourself and are ready to find support and resources on your own, then Klarity will probably be just fine for you. My provider has been very skilled at using our brief time and I think we are off to a good start.

The customer service team was outstanding. Responses were very timely, answered all my questions very thoroughly and gave me alternate options based on my specific scenario.

Paid $59 for a follow up visit, provider refilled my prescription and sent it to a pharmacy I've never been to before. Called the pharmacy and was told that the provider isn't a 'real doctors office' and they can't fill the prescription. Messaged Klarity 5 times since then and no response. Basically, Klarity scammed me. Do not recommend.

Klarity is such an amazing platform, the customer service is so amazing, and my doctor, Dr. Omoleme, is the best doctor I have ever had. This is the only place I will ever go for my mental health. They changed my life for the better!

Always helpful in a timely manner

I get the medicine I need to not kill myself on a monthly basis with very little effort and an affordable price. I don't even have to drive anywhere except the pharmacy. Sick people shouldn't be punished and have to waste time out of their day just to feel normal. Five stars try a teledoc

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my care. Carl Hurd is an excellent provider, and truly a blessing!

about as straightforward as it gets tbh. no bs. super satisfied.

Had no idea what to expect, or even how legitimate Klarity was if being 100% honest. But with quality plummeting & prices soaring with Psychiatric Practices in my area, I rolled the dice. Had a few “hiccups” in the beginning with connecting with the right Provider. But to my surprise, Support was INCREDIBLY fast in responses, real answers, & actual help - something I’d grown unaccustomed to in other support services today. Support was on top of every issue I had in getting setup with the Provider & initial appt. Replies were quick, with straightforward help & answers - none of the “run around” often used to with Support. It was actually refreshing. _____________ THE RESULTS - Got connected with a great Provider. - Got my appointment in fast. - Got my scripts sent in & pharmacy filled. - Got charged exactly as advertised. - Got quickly all setup for future refills. All exactly as Klarity stated. Something I feel has become rare from companies today. ____________ THE REALITY While this was my own personal experience, I can see how it may not be the same for everyone. I believe it largely depends on the specific Provider you connect with. - Find Your Optimal Provider Don’t be afraid to cancel, & ask/choose for a different Provider if you feel something is not right or a “fit”. The one fault I found with Klarity’s system was not giving enough info on the Provider upfront, until AFTER you choose them & setup an appt date. That’s when you see their “specifics”. I actually canceled with 3 different Providers near immediately & Support still connected me with the perfect one in the end. - Where You Live, Matters. A Lot. Depending on your state & its own laws/regulations, plays a major factor in your results. Researching your state’s laws & your specific needs 1st, will save you a lot of headache. Some things truly are out of Klarity’s hands - they are not exceptions to the law, regardless of how fair/unfair your specific state’s laws seem. Unfortunate, but the reality. - Your Pharmacy Matters. Even if all goes perfect, your Pharmacy has the power to end your journey here early. This is out of Klarity’s, your Provider’s, & even your own hands. Some have no issue, some do. Especially regarding Schedule II Drugs. I had no issue here personally, but if you do, try another Pharmacy & ask your Provider to send new scripts there. - Rely on Customer Support. I seriously can’t expressed how impressed I was with this. Any issue I defaulted right to Support & they were always quick to return with real answers, & importantly - real results. ___________ ULTIMATELY Don’t give up. Do your best to keep your patience & not get frustrated in the process. - Personally dealing with getting the right service for my own condition over the past 15+ years, I know exactly how frustrating the process can be. Especially if you require a Schedule II Drug prescription. But I can honestly say (against all initial expectations), this actually ended up all working out perfectly for me. - If you’re struggling to find the appropriate service, or something that’s actually affordable, it’s absolutely worth it to at least give Klarity a chance. Work with Support, don’t settle for the wrong Provider, & Klarity may wind up being the end of your headache in finally finding a service that actually works. ______ TLDR; Can’t speak for everyone’s experience here, but if you’re looking for any affirmation this service is both real & can actually work out - Yes. I can attest this service worked out exactly as stated for me. Got a great Provider & Scripts filled. Would recommend trying.

I got the much needed medication, that helps me be more normal as far as being able to think without thousands of variations of ways to handle something. I can function again, and actually stay focused on one task or thing at a time without the anxiety that comes with ADHD, and not doing anything.
