Laurie was very on-task, efficient, and seemed to know what she was doing very well. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and... See more

I would give them a negative review if I could. Low level providers. Seems like a DEI hires all around. Would not recommend.

I am very happy to find at home treatment and someone who listens to their patients.

very easy to get an appointment with my preferred provider. quick response.
My experience with Klarity has been great! It was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment. My appointment with Amethyst was great! She is very empathetic and I felt at ease in our appointment. Although we had a short time, I felt validated in my experiences.
The attention to my concerns and needs is top notch. I always feel heard and taken care of. From doctors to customer service folks. Thank you Klarity Team!
Dr Johnson has been wonderful in making sure that my mental health as a whole is being taken care of. I have been able to gain control back of my life and been able to get back to being me.
I recently moved and needed help transferring to a new provider. Everything was handled very smooth, efficient, and fast. Very helpful and polite staff. Great experience.
Yea they are flagging it right now as well. They obviously focus more on bad publicity than what they should really be doing - helping address their clients needs. It has been over 800 hours since I have heard back from the "provider". If you see positive listings below - it was probably from previous year when they actually were useful.
I switched to Klarity from a competitor in hopes of better customer service. While I will say the customer service is very responsive, they are very limited in what they can do or help in case of a problem. For over a year I have not experienced any issues, I like the provider I am paired with; however, in the case when where the provider has an emergency and is unable to fulfill prescriptions or even respond to messages, Klarity has no answers. Even if you are out of medication, there is nothing Klarity customer service can or will do. You either have to wait for your doctor to respond (which has been over two weeks) or they tell you to switch to another provider in which you would need to pay another $150 fee and schedule another appointment depending on availability typically another 1-2 weeks of waiting. So, unfortunately, you are just out of luck with no medication and no answers and when you rely on medication, having no answer in an emergency is unacceptable. In summary for rating purposes: Customer Service Response time - 5 Star Customer Service Effectiveness - 1 Star Overall Rating if there aren't Issues - 5 Star Overall Rating if there is any issue - 1 Star Website says 24/7 Access to Provider - 1 Star. This is a false statement. You message the provider through a portal and cross your fingers hoping for a timely response. Website says Free Transfers between Providers - 1 Star. This is also a false statement.
Klarity promptly addressed my concerns with my provider and cleared up the issue, and got me to a new provider who actually cares about my mental health. So far so good
Affordable, easy, comfortable sessions. I personally was less embarrassed and anxious talking to a doctor from my own home about issues that impact my daily life. Dr. Debra Zimmer is genuine, and that makes these visits easier to discuss honestly. I’ve experienced benefits after being diagnosed, and feel genuinely hopeful for my mental health future.
great service and consultaion
The intake form is very very very very very long and lengthy and there was service maintenance in my area at the time so completing it took just about all day here and there. From there I had an appointment with someone with a heavy accent and her own agenda clearly from the get go. She didn't listen to anything I said but told to worry about other things like my sleep and refused to give me any of the prescriptions I said I had taken successfully and tried to bombard me with expensive tests from a sister company. I wonder if it was a salesman and not an actual doc. When asked to switch providers they told me no and basically blamed it on there being so much red tape in Texas. Worst decision for my mental health to reach out to this company
As a nurse myself its hard to find a good provider that will actually listen to you and since I started with klarity back in Aug 2022 it has been nothing but amazing! The doctor responds so quickly when you have a question or concern, Also provides other resources for you in your health such as what vitamins you need while taking certain medications that I myself didn't know. Overall experience is worth it! My doctor is Ernest J. Emery, AGACNP-BC he is amazing!!
I get the feeling the issues I had were because of the provider Klarity connected me with instead of Klarity themselves, but I feel like they should deal with more competent providers after my experience being jerked around with my prescription. There is too much to go into here, but basically: 1) Provider called in script to pharmacy who claimed they were no longer in business when I called them about my prescription. Said pharmacy also answered the phone "hello?" at midnight when I called. 2) Messaged provider, got an automated message back NOT addressing my concern, but telling me if I want to keep receiving treatment from her I would need to pay an extra $150 and come see her in person. 3) My next message asking... anyway, I have ADHD and I'm tired of typing this. Just know it was some bull$h!t, but finally after more than a week I got my prescription filled at a Walgreens which should have been utilized from the beginning. I am less than satisfied, but I can say Klarity was pretty good about responding to messages and finally "lighting a fire" under the provider's ass to finally get things done.
Extremely fast and friendly responses, I really appreciated it
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first refill appointment my provider did not attend and had to be rescheduled a week later so I went a week without my rx. Then my provider told me she didn't need anything from me for 3 months. She scheduled a refill appointment didn't tell me, I missed it, rescheduled, I filled out the form, and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE DR or the customer service. It's been 3 weeks I've been without my refill and I am struggling. I have gotten no response, only an automated email. I've emailed dozens of times and nothing has been resolved. There is no customer service phone number to talk to a real person. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money.
Klarity was a disaster for me. I wish I never spent $150 on the initial appointment with a clinician who seemed like I was boring her the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable. Oh, and I couldn’t find anywhere to get an EKG as their clinician wanted (she initially suggested my Primary, but that office doesn’t do them… and then I had to call a bunch of random clinics trying to find where I could get an expensive EKG done, and the answer is apparently nowhere), so I couldn’t get my prescription refilled, anyways. Another giant waste of time. When I complained about everything to customer service, they originally offered to just have me pay $59 to switch providers (gee, thanks), but then sent an email saying they think I should get an in-person provider. And then they cancelled my follow-up. It was all really weird.
It was very easy transitioning to a new provider, they made it easy as possible, and so far I’m happy with the response time.
Great customer service! I had questions about my doctor appointment and customer support had a response the same day. They are outstanding kudos to them.
The system to actually get in and set the appointment up is a nightmare. Out of my laptop, tablet and phone, only my phone was able to get in. Doctor was late, blaming it on over scheduling. Gave me a new medication, and he told me I would have appointment for 2 weeks out with a time, but nothing was scheduled. With new mental health medication and no follow up, that's irresponsible at the very least.
