Great Team
The team looked after me from start to finish! From transfers to and from airport and hotel to and from surgery! But also because I travelled alone that made sure to be my support system not just during surgery, but after. I was able to contact them and get a speedy reply every day for reassurance. They also supplied all medication with instructions. My surgeon was also fantastic! Listened to what I wanted exactly and spent so much time in surgery trying to perfect it. I like the simulation aspect where you literally sit and design your nose with your surgeon. Phoenix sorted my hotel and the staff were lovely, even doing pharmacy trips for me! Room service was also very affordable! I am so happy with the results, but for me the team is what stands out with the company. Was scary going through it alone but they made sure to hold my hand all the way!
great experience with Phoenix…
Really great experience with Phoenix and patient coordinator Sanem. They were able to accommodate my needs with a last-minute request due to my bad experience with another clinic. My request was very special because I needed to find a doctor who removes Aquafilling filler from my breasts. There aren't many experts in that field, so I was so pleased they recommended the best doctor , who is very professional, has a calming nature, and is happy to answer every question. I had a consultation on Monday, all the required tests the same day, and the surgery on Tuesday. The hospital care was superb; all the hospital staff were helpful and friendly, always there for me. Most importantly, the beautiful hotel I was accommodated in was next to the hospital, booked by Phoenix as part of the package, so I could return to the hotel the day after surgery. I saw the doctor twice after the surgery, the second time for the final checkup before my return to the UK. I can't wait to see the doctor in 6 month's time to have the breast uplift and implants. I know I couldn't have chosen better. Thank you doctor, all the hospital team, and Sanem from Phoenix Health Tourism for making it such a seamless experience. I'm really impressed. See you soon.
