An Honest Review From The Most Skeptical Customer
Had no idea what to expect, or even how legitimate Klarity was if being 100% honest. But with quality plummeting & prices soaring with Psychiatric Practices in my area, I rolled the dice. Had a few “hiccups” in the beginning with connecting with the right Provider. But to my surprise, Support was INCREDIBLY fast in responses, real answers, & actual help - something I’d grown unaccustomed to in other support services today. Support was on top of every issue I had in getting setup with the Provider & initial appt. Replies were quick, with straightforward help & answers - none of the “run around” often used to with Support. It was actually refreshing. _____________ THE RESULTS - Got connected with a great Provider. - Got my appointment in fast. - Got my scripts sent in & pharmacy filled. - Got charged exactly as advertised. - Got quickly all setup for future refills. All exactly as Klarity stated. Something I feel has become rare from companies today. ____________ THE REALITY While this was my own personal experience, I can see how it may not be the same for everyone. I believe it largely depends on the specific Provider you connect with. - Find Your Optimal Provider Don’t be afraid to cancel, & ask/choose for a different Provider if you feel something is not right or a “fit”. The one fault I found with Klarity’s system was not giving enough info on the Provider upfront, until AFTER you choose them & setup an appt date. That’s when you see their “specifics”. I actually canceled with 3 different Providers near immediately & Support still connected me with the perfect one in the end. - Where You Live, Matters. A Lot. Depending on your state & its own laws/regulations, plays a major factor in your results. Researching your state’s laws & your specific needs 1st, will save you a lot of headache. Some things truly are out of Klarity’s hands - they are not exceptions to the law, regardless of how fair/unfair your specific state’s laws seem. Unfortunate, but the reality. - Your Pharmacy Matters. Even if all goes perfect, your Pharmacy has the power to end your journey here early. This is out of Klarity’s, your Provider’s, & even your own hands. Some have no issue, some do. Especially regarding Schedule II Drugs. I had no issue here personally, but if you do, try another Pharmacy & ask your Provider to send new scripts there. - Rely on Customer Support. I seriously can’t expressed how impressed I was with this. Any issue I defaulted right to Support & they were always quick to return with real answers, & importantly - real results. ___________ ULTIMATELY Don’t give up. Do your best to keep your patience & not get frustrated in the process. - Personally dealing with getting the right service for my own condition over the past 15+ years, I know exactly how frustrating the process can be. Especially if you require a Schedule II Drug prescription. But I can honestly say (against all initial expectations), this actually ended up all working out perfectly for me. - If you’re struggling to find the appropriate service, or something that’s actually affordable, it’s absolutely worth it to at least give Klarity a chance. Work with Support, don’t settle for the wrong Provider, & Klarity may wind up being the end of your headache in finally finding a service that actually works. ______ TLDR; Can’t speak for everyone’s experience here, but if you’re looking for any affirmation this service is both real & can actually work out - Yes. I can attest this service worked out exactly as stated for me. Got a great Provider & Scripts filled. Would recommend trying.
