my experience with klarity
although it was a bit rocky to start with my first provider i had picked out canceling my first appointment, klarity customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and connected me with an excellent provider. she was caring, a good listener, asked me questions and also kept me informed on the treatment and medications im taking. my medicine was sent to a pharmacy right away and ready in a couple hours. the next day, i got an email from klarity support checking up on me. i look forward to my continued treatment through klarity. thank you so much for your great customer service
