Klarity Health Reviews

I’ve been seeing provider Cynthia Yu for almost 2 years now and the experience continues to amaze me! She is very professional and very understanding, she made my entire process seem less and easy to understand my concerns with ADHD. Extremely happy that I had provider Yu to walk me through the entire process. Each appointment with her seems very genuine and sincere. She definitely shows her love and passion as a provider who really wants to help others. If you’re looking for someone to listen to you and care about your concerns. I’d recommend provider Cynthia Yu.

Dr. Yu is super knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much, Klarity!

Jas and Cynthia have always been extremely helpful to me. They are communicative and knowledgeable whenever I have any questions!

I struggled to make appointments and actually keep them. So it took me about a year to begin treatment for my adhd. Overall Klarity was easy for me in the beginning but after establishing a route with my current doctor it has all become a breeze. Dr. Cynthia Yu is a life changer! She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and so helpful to me. My treatment has been going spectacular since I started working with her. I genuinely feel so blessed to have found her and this site. I’ve gone years untreated and starting again has been nothing short of impossible. So this site and easy of use has truly been a life saver. I’d be lost without Dr Yu and Klarity

Nicest platform, good exp to find provider i want

My expectations were low and I was truthfully skeptical of Klarity but Mary McManus has been fantastic. She is very attentive, empathetic and smart.

Cynthia Yu is truly wonderful. She help me with something I’ve been struggling with since I was a kid. She listens and works with you to find the best solution. I would recommend 10/10.

Dr. Yu has been very efficient and effective in helping me navigate my treatment. Outside of prescribed treatment, she was able to provide me with further information and resources on my treatment for me to exercise. Overall my experience has been pleasant, I’d recommend the services, and look forward to continuing her practice.

Excellent Customer Service! The providers are very helpful and are on top of it. There’s no run around or hassle. All of your needs, questions, and concerns are handled properly. I’m happy I found Klarity!

I have dealt with few medical providers from different institutions, most of them did not seem to listen to my concerns or address them properly. I am very happy to have found Nina as my medical provider. She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and pays attention to all aspects of my treatment. Whenever I have a concern or a question, she is available to answer my questions even outside the regular checkups. I usually send her my questions thru the massaging portal and she responds rather quickly. Nina is an outstanding healthcare provider that sets the standard for what other healthcare providers should be.

I am very happy with my experience so far at klarity. I was admittedly nervous about telehealth at first. I thought I’d lose the personal experience you get from being physically in person at appointments. I also feel extremely understood and lucky to have found my prescriber. It’s not often you find the right fit right away but I feel like he really is. I can take the long way around to get to what I’m trying to say and I never feel rushed or misunderstood by him. I am just really pleased with my experiences so far. Thanks for the service.

Priscilla Omoleme Is wonderful and answers questions before I even think to ask them. She also offers great techniques that have been helpful with my ADHD instead of solely relying on Adderall to get me through every day. Thank you for all your help!

Effective customer support but have not yet received services, important to mention because that is the whole purpose of paying for this service. Klarity will not stop emailing me about providing this review, which is why I’m writing it now.

The biggest scam after done. Its clear this place is a total ripoff. $150 to be told by the provider that I need to see another doctor? Google is free. Dont be fooled. You are spending money to be told you need to see a doctor illustrating they hire a bunch of cracker jacks who are paid $150 to tell patients they need to see a doctor?

I feel very fortunate to have found Klarity. The service has been excellent and the staff both medical and non-medical have been awesome. Responses are always prompt and my issues are always addressed thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about my provider Kate, seriously one of the best providers I have ever had. My concerns never went unaddressed and as her patient I truly felt that I was always heard.
