Slow communication & Difficult process
2-13-24 Hello! I’m at the Pharmacy for the 4th time and they said they received the prescription but are calling the office bc it shows that it was sent over and signed by a nurse and not a doctor , are you able to answer them I’ve been sitting here for a little 20 min so far , the H-E-B pharmacy calls the doctor and no one answers. 2-14-24 I’m here at the pharmacy again and it shows my script was cancelled after I already talked to my doctor yesterday and she said she sent it in. I need immediate help it’s been 2 weeks now I’ve been playing back and forth with y’all just to get my damn script. Yall take 3 days to respond and when the pharmacy calls yall, no one answers!!!!! I’m beyond overwhelmed and will be leaving reviews on all platforms if y’all continue to make things impossible for me. Someone call me immediately. I contacted the email for customer service and even then no one responds this shouldn’t be this difficult. I need my script to be sent over that says it was signed and sent by the doctor him self not a nurse practitioner.
