Made my first appointment for it only to get rescheduled 20 minutes before it was initially supposed to happen. Then 20 minutes before my rescheduled appointment the doctor cancels. I tried calling customer service but no answer. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I hope I get my money back.

I recently started my ADHD treatment journey with Klarity. I ended up being paired with a wonderful provider, and if this was the end of my story Klarity would be getting 5 stars. However, after my first session I was notified my provider would be leaving Klarity and I would be set up with a new provider. Klarity then decided to notify me, a month later, that they currently did not have any available providers and that they wished me the best of luck. I am now left without medication, which wouldn’t have been a problem with some kind of warning. This company is abysmal in terms of patient care and customer service. I’d suggest avoiding at all costs. Edit: including more information: I ended up paying $149 for the initial setup, and then $59 for a follow up. The follow up said they would get my prescription in order, and that I was in the process of being transferred to my new provider. However, my prescription was never called in, I was charged $59 in advance for the follow up, and then told to just “go figure it out myself.” So, long story short I’m out $208, and I feel utterly scammed and that KlarityADHD is taking advantage of mental health needs.

My experience with Klarity has been great so far Amethyst has been very helpful and very understanding.I been with klarity for almost a year and it has been really good so far.Amethyst has been awesome.She has helped me with my adhd symptoms very well.I highly recommended Amethyst and Klarity.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. My ADHD symptoms have improved remarkably. I'm finally able to focus well, sleep at night, and have been freed to move forward on my career, my education, and my relationships without getting derailed by ADHD/Autism. I've been to a lot of different psychiatrists over the past 5 years, but Klarity has helped me when literally everyone else was going out of their way to reject me because I respond to unusual dosing regimes. Honestly if everyone actually listened to their patients and advocated for them like the team at Klarity does, the world would be a much better place. I've thrown so many curve balls at them- prior authorization after prior authorization, scripts to different pharmacies due to drug stock shortages, etc. and they've been able to come through for it all. These are remarkable people that clearly care about their patients and will go the extra mile for them.

Met with Dr. Roberto Pohlenz-Mcbeath. This morning and I felt he was very professional and truly cared about me beginning on my journey to getting the help I so desperately need. I will say that at first I was skeptical about telehealth in general and was very reluctant to seek out medical advice in person as I truly believed that I was simply weak lazy etc . It took literally months of prodding from my friends family and prior co-workers for me to finally accept that perhaps Adhd is real and that I do in fact suffer from it. It wasn’t until my life got entirely overwhelmed by the payload which ever kept increasing and important things such as allowing my son’s insurance to lapse and missing countless specialists appointments that I finally realized ok probably time to look into this matter-I kept pushing everything to the side burner however I truly had no idea that this was not normal and despite how badly I wanted it to be different nothing I could do on my own was ever going to change it. I received my rx promptly from my pharmacy within just a few short hours and I’m looking forward to starting it first thing tomorrow morning. I’m truly grateful to have someone who listened and cared and I’m honestly so excited for this next chapter of my life!

I tried to use this service, the problem was no follow up. Then no response when a ticket was created asking to just be refunded because the provider wasn’t getting back to me. No response again they just closed that. So $150 dollars to just be ignored, don’t use this service

My doctor was supposed to have sent a refill. I'd call the pharmacy they said they have nothing this process repeated with her not responding for days about 5x before she just never responded customer care did nothing

I've been working with Klarity for ADHD med management for over 6 months now. I'd just moved, so I wasn't in a place to find an in-person dr yet, and now I don't think I'll bother. My provider has been incredible (I live in CA), always attentive & I feel very heard. She's able to reschedule when I need it last minute, answers my questions on vid & in the messaging portal, just 10/10 experience throughout my time. Highly recommend the platform & (personal tip) Costco pharmacy, especially in the midst of the Adderall shortage.

Klarity recommends providers who, even if they believe that you have a diagnosis and cannot legally write you a prescription that a pharmacy can legally filled, and will not refund for that appointment. In California, for most ADHD medicines, prescriptions can only be filled by providers within 50 miles under state law, and state law requires that an in-person appointment occur in order to continue treatment. Klarity does not inform California residents of those requirements and: a) will not refund for appointments with providers who couldn't legally provide the services they advertise; and b) charges an additional fee for the in-person appointment their website says you don't need. Other states may have similar requirements, and Klarity customer service has both repeatedly said they are not responsible for such issues and has repeatedly stopped responding over email (and has no way to call them). Get an in person provider, Klarity is awful.

Update: ONE WEEK LATER AND STILL NO REFILL My provider is great, but the systems in place are terrible. No customer service number to call, and they have this redundant form (of easy questions the doctor could cover in less than a minute) filled out each month. Problem is.... Their systems don't even register your form being filled out sometimes. That may not sound so bad, but when you miss the deadline, they cancel your refill and then force you to schedule another appointment to rehash your previous conversation with the provider... And pay an entirely new fee for the month! The frustration of their systems makes it ALMOST not worth the convenience of staying home

I just wanted to take a second and submit a really fantastic review of the provider that I have. She has been so patient and knowledgeable and has really taken the time to help me figure out a medication plan that actually works for me. She has been punctual and super fast to respond on chat. I'm so very pleased to be a patient of hers! Juanita Ellis is a great asset to your team.

Quick response time to my emails regarding prescription being sent in. I also appreciate my provider informing me that she had sent it in too.

My provider listens to me and is always responsive with any questions.

My practitioner is attentive and considerate.

Klarity has been amazing to work with. My provider responds to my messages very quickly. The accessibility has made tackling my mental health feel achievable. I have been using them for almost a year now and I am in a completely different place than I was when I started thanks to consistent steady progress forward.

It's so nice to have help with my mental healthcare from comfort of home with a caring provider. They are always professional and quick to deal with any issues!

I wanted to see if I qualified for a prorated bill based on a promotion they were running, and they followed up promptly and provided me the credit. Additionally, their service overall is impeccable. 5 stars!

Was charged $300 to never be seen by a provider. I waited 30 minutes in the link that was emailed to me just to be told AFTER my appointment that my provider used a different link. I requested a refund and was told I could not be refunded.

My doctor, Debra, has made a huge difference in my mental health journey. It’s a big deal to have a doctor you can trust and treats you with respect and knows your struggles are real.
