Klarity Health Reviews

Such a scam...Previously diagnosed with ADHD but due to taking bupe, which other providers had no problems with, I basically paid $150 to be told to see psychiatrist? No option for noncontrolled substance or even weekly dose to build rapport.. I am going to try to dispute with my card because I should have been told they could not treat me before I was charged $150.

They were so polite, fast to respond, and assist with my problem. Was VERY impressed with the entire process.

Finally...a hero. Kerstin Mosso is a gem of a human. She was gracious and understanding. I never felt rushed and she took the time to actively listen to all my concerns. I am grateful to have her in my corner.

Providers are limited and don’t spend time with you. This is company is a fraud.

Repeated negative occurrences with prolonged resolution times, often exceeding 10 days, characterize their service. Communication regarding complaints yields consistently unsatisfactory responses, The common reply is this that I copy here "It is important to note that Hello Klarity is a technology platform for autonomous, independent clinicians to conduct telemedicine online. Please be advised that providers do have sole discretion as to how they operate their practice. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to guarantee outcomes when meeting with a practitioner", exacerbating frustrations. Providers are consistently late or don't show up, and bring up insane excuses. When trying to retrieve your record they delay answers to the point of being diligent when one thread with filling a HIPPA claim. If you try to get prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy (to get them covered by insurance) they won't do it. When late they reach out through your personal phone number but then forbid you from reaching back the same way when they do not reply to messages regarding their lack of response through the platform, despite charging for the service, inadequate response through the platform leaves customers without prescriptions. This review arises as it is the 3rd time it has happened (Yes, I know, I should get another provider, I'm currently on it, and I only went through Klarity because time-wise it was affordable based on my schedule and needs). And it is for sure, not about the money that is charged which is more than cheap, or affordable, but rather for the waste of time and lack of commitment to what they supposedly offer. This platform sure does disfavor not only to others offering the same care but also to the people who reach out to the platform, when researching the internet one can tell this is evidently their norm.

Their support team is awesome. They've always been responsive via email and helped me with all of my issues. Klarity is a great resource for those of us who need quick management while getting more permanent care lined out or if you have insurance issues or no insurance at all. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with managing their ADHD.

Best doctor I’ve ever had. My health has dramatically increased since I started working with my physician, thank you.

Great and reliable support by Dr. Forge through klarity

Always been great... Not only help me with ADHD and they help me quit smoking

Excellent and prompt service! Very legit as well - lots of health info to provide in advance of any prescription.

i cant reach anyone on the support team. no one has sent my refill request form this month and i have an appointment in a few days. ive been trying all morning to reach customer support. i noticed that they closed my tickets and they never responded to me. im worried sick i dont know what im going to do

Incredibly convenient and effective. The real deal. My doctor was fantastic.

Easy to work with. Really quick response times. I'm digging em.

Fast, friendly and complete customer service. Highly recommend. Doctors are exceptional and support is stellar.

Do not trust this site. I paid the $10 dollar fee to hold the initial consultation. The email I used to register was able to get me access to the portal, but it was empty. I could not modify the appointment. I emailed to get confirmation id the appointment existed. I did not receive any receipt for billing. When I emailed support, they requested a picture ID and last four of card, which I no longer felt secure in doing so. They could not find my email. The phone number on web page goes to a message. This was just a scam to get billed the 150.

I love this company. It has helped me immensely with all my ADHD. I'm an introvert and really private so the fact that I don't have to leave my home makes this company a perfect fit for me. The layout of the web/app makes it really easy to sign your forms for your appointment, to request a video chat with your therapist or to request a prescription. Everything made simple. Thanks to the whole Klarity team for making my life a whole lot better.

The doctors got the prescription figured out, only thing is that it says o refills, when I was told the dr. Would call in a couple script refills.

Kate is the best provider I ever had. Thank you!

Provided knowledge and feedback which is greatly appreciated.

I found that Klarity really has a lot to offer . If you are having problems or questions on problems, they are pretty quick on responding swiftly. And it really helps when they confirm that your messages have been received immediately and they will be with you as soon as they can. I also appreciate that they do want to help you genuinely and care about their patients. I appreciate my nurse too, she listens to me and hears me with any concerns. Thank you Klarity!
