I would give them a negative review if I could. Low level providers. Seems like a DEI hires all around. Would not recommend.

I am very happy to find at home treatment and someone who listens to their patients.
Very disappointed in this company. Getting ahold of my provider to actually get my prescriptions refilled has been a nightmare. The customer service people can’t even get ahold of her. I’ll be switching to another service.
Dr. Forge has helped me understand myself and discover the elements missing that I needed to be fully successful in my career and home life. Before meeting her, I was disorganized and undisciplined with no hope of ever pulling myself out of that rut. I have since made strides in improving my punctuality, paperwork, time at home and the quality of the time I spend with my family. My experience with her has been absolutely life-changing!
Overcharged me. After I unsubscribed they kept charging me still charging me. They keep an egregious amount of information. The customer service is non existent
I got service for couple months and after I could get my medicine any more or get in touch with doctor or coordinator, nobody answer my emails or phone.
Communication is wonderful. Answers come quickly to portal with an explanation.
A couple of things that I can say is that the level of care I get from Klarity is like no other. I have the best physician I have ever encountered. She is very attentive to what I need. She listens and provides positive feedback, is quick to respond to questions, and has made keeping my subscriptions filled the least stressful I have ever imagined.

I feel like I'm finally heard and understood by a medical professional, who works closely with me to ensure my continued success. I could not ask for a better overall experience than Klarity has given me. Robin is incredible, and the patient portal is easy to use. I highly recommend the service!
I’ve had some problems in the past trying to get in touch with my prior provider on here and the klarity was always fairly quick to respond and resolve the situation. I have a new provider now which I’m very happy with also. She’s great. To be clear, I didn’t request a new provider, the former one was good as well but she left. To be honest, I think my current provider better suits my needs. So I’m happy everything worked out,
I work from home on a day-to-day basis and I never have time to go to the doctors office. Klarity has been able to help me with my prescriptions and I'm able to see the doctor virtually when I typically would not be able to do so. Any issues including pharmacy changes the people at Klarity have been very quick in response and quick when addressing my issue. I will definitely recommend to my colleagues!
Great communication!
This is a joke, waste of money! The person writing the prescriptions license isn't valid. I've been to a couple pharmacies & they won't fill them due to the dr not being able to write a legitimate prescription. Can't get an actual letter with diagnosis to take to a local Dr or to provide to employers, so it's all a waste of money! I'm so furious with this!
It's quick, it's a great price, and klarity has the nicest Doctors online, Klarity always goes above and beyond for my mental health need. Thank you Klarity!
